nope, I must correct myself. Same problem as described by Marco in #70.
The issue remains when a external monitor is connected at startup even
it isn't used and the Mesa environment variable is set.

Scrolling behaviour and window focus has changed and is inconsistent
Since I replaced the motherboard from the description, I can no longer
reproduce this issue. I don't know if the issue was fixed or that the
described Xorg failures are yet another symptom of the poorly supported
Intel boards based on GMA3600 and GMA 3650.

Very good tests! Good to know about udlfb being blacklisted by default
and xserver-xorg-video-modesetting being present by default, both good.
I find it interesting that xrandr --listproviders doesn't list
anything. Just to make sure, do you have an xorg.conf file?

ok, so i found this temporarly fix. When you are using laptop, first
lock your screen and then close lid to sleep mode. After you open lid
system will work ok, but notifications area will show: Power Manager
