I'm afraid that Kobo isn't accessible on an iPad. It works great on an iPhone,
but the important page transition type is not available in the iPad version.
On an iPhone, the page transition style must be set to Scrolling for Kobo to be
accessible.

I've been trying to use Kobo on my ipad mini with no success. I find the
application very confusing. I keep hearing all the time the familiar wizzy
sound of the pages changing. I've managed to download the book I've purchased
after quite an effort but I have no idea how to start reading
