I thought I’d read somewhere that if you wanted to give your AirPods to someone
or sell them you couldn’t just tell your device to forget them you had to
remove them from find my iPhone. I’ve tried both on the find my iPhone app on
the phone and via the iCloud.com site using both JFW and NVD
