In a word, yes. Feedly is the one I use, since it works with Lire, but
it and all services work the same. You can subscribe, read articles,
delete them, and so on using any device, and those changes sync to all
your other devices. It's sort of like imap email, but for rss.

I use InoReader with Feeddler. I tried The Old Reader, but it had horrible
availability issues when Google Reader went away, so I switched to
InoReader. I just haven't bothered to switch back, even though I know The
Old Reader doesn't have those problems it did when so many

Oh good. I'm glad that I understand the concept. I'll check it out and see
which one I want to use. Is Newsify a good app for iOS? You also mentioned
lire, but does that only work with Feedly?

Lire is Feedly only, yes. I tried Newsify, but I much preferred the interface
and article reading of Lire, so went back to it. Many people like Newsify,
though; it all depends on your preference.
