I just tried, and it seems that I'm able to delete messages by: taping once
on the message I want to delete, and switching the rotor to custom actions,
and then flicking to delete.
This is similar activity to that of the Messages app.

main Facebook app which has a Messenger tab and which seems to be exactly

conversation.
1. Open a message.
2. Find the message you want to delete.
3. Rotor to edit.
4. Flick up with one finger to delete and double tap.
