iTunes reload

I have an Album, downloaded a couple of years ago which appears to have a number of damaged tracks. Other Albums seem fine as far as I can judge. How do I wipe the damaged album and re-download it? Severin Crisp Assoc Prof R

OK Ronni, I¹ll check the app versions. Since the ipad runs a newer IOS I do tend to download the app updates as Apple indicates. I thought that, in the past, if an app version was not compatible with the iPhone then iTunes DID NOT apply it to the phone (only the iPad). I¹m not sure I use enough

Hi Neil, Yes, the iPhone4 is very limited now, you really need to upgrade to a newer iPhone. It sounds you might have downloaded versions that are not compatible with your iPhone4 The following Knowledge Base article offers up the steps on how to install the latest ‘compatible’ version.

Iphone apps - windows close down

Hope someone can help me with an easy fix here ;o) Recently some apps on my iPhone have taken to shutting their windows as soon as I open them. The app opens but, almost immediately the window shuts and takes me back to the home screen. The apps are still running in that their window thumbnails
