Yes NeoOffice (Mac specific OpenOffice) certainly does have this feature with
relevant templates.
But, a better option being OS X is Address Book comes with templates etc, etc...
So, if your address book is source of addresses it can be achieved for zero
dollars, just your time

Unfortunately Windows using AutoCad is the weapon of choice.
There are many programs that can open Autocad files and a lot within
OS X, depends on what one is trying to achieve.
