Kdrive development is practically dead. We just have some few people working
on Xephyr backend
internally calls FreeEventlist() which frees the 1M memory
allocated in InitEventList().
If anyone has any more idea of the memory leak in KDrive please let me know.

Thanks for the patch, I'm testing it now - it looks promising :)
X memory usage is more stable, but lsof | grep drm mm | wc -l still
increases - after 10 minutes it went up from 100 to 500... Is this
normal?

This memory leak has been fixed in server 1.5.
We reduced the problem to a simple X program.
It create two windows that overlap and
then calls XCopyArea on the lower window specifying an area
of the window that is covered by the upper window.
