(313) A Hundred Birds - real audio clips
The Wave Music website has added some short Real Audio samples of the coming live Jaguar rmx by A Hundred Birds. Appartently the release date will be 11-18 - can't wait, they really do justice to the original, which can be heard in it's entirety toward the end of Francois' mix from Sonar, if you can track it down. RE: (313) more sun ra
I've got that movie - I think it's definitely worth buying! It sits on my video shelf next to Brother From Another Planet... A Joyful Noise is a good one too, but that's more of a documentary, and features some amazing footage; rooftop renditions of Astro Black, Sun Ra playing synth while spinning around, hands behind his back. Well worth picking up if you can find it! (313) love happiness + niko marks
A coupla questions 1) Is there some kind of accapella version or an extended intro version of the song love happiness by first choice? It´s like the intro of the normal version, but adds a lot of reverb and delay.. you know loov. As played by Ron Hardy back in the day, and also by Theo Parrish in the culture club the 3rd of october. Nice. 2) Is that planet e release from Niko Marks out yet? I can´t find it anywhere. It contains the tracks chune and truly something as featured on the workout mix cd from cc. Cheers, Maarten - http://www.morthenkiang.com/
Re: (313) love happiness + niko marks
First Choice's version of Love and Happiness is available as a full acapella(on what record, I can't tell you). But there isn't any added reverb or delay, it's just a straight acapella, but if the DJ was playing on a mixing board that had either effects or effects sends, then it wouldn't be too hard to add. Hope that helps, Dave Maarten Baute wrote: A coupla questions 1) Is there some kind of accapella version or an extended intro version of the song love happiness by first choice? Good stuff. Helping to pass the last few (boring) hours of work... Any thoughts on where the vocal sample comes from on the first track? I have another record with the same sample.
