Re: (313) Re: [idm] Pontiac, MI
Tell me about it, I'm sat practicing my skills, wishing I was dancing my ass off, some of those names are on my list of people to see, and all in one place, gutted... RE: (313) Re: [idm] Pontiac, MI
it looked empty because everyone was in the vip / artist / other tents to avoid the sun and the radiation of heat off the cement. i cooked like an egg in front of the speakers, though. i was very impressed with the sound/lineup/services they had there. the vip tent was very nice, and worth the $30. free lunch, drink tickets, and a cool place to sit and listen to keith worthy, craig gonzalez, and michael geiger. house. more fun today :) say hi if you're there! : -Original Message- : From: theREALmxyzptlk [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] : Sent: Sunday, July 11, 2004 11:27 AM : To: Martin Dust; 313@hyperreal.org : Subject: (313) Re: [idm] Pontiac, MI : : : Agreed - and yesterday it looked like a ghost town. At 08:05 PM 7/11/2004, you wrote: What? 300 people for an event and line up like that? Martin There were points where there were probably only 100 people there. It got more crowded later on, but I'd be shocked if it got over 400 - even with Juan, Alton and Buzz on competing stages. A double-drag when you consider that it's also a drive to get Shake a new wheelchair. jeff
