It means it can't be downloaded any more times unless the owner pays up to make it downloadable more. On the other hand, you can download any track (even if it doesn't have any downloads left, or never allowed it) from SoundCloud via OffLiberty.COM ... with the caveat that it will be the equivalent of the streamed version; i.e., 128 Kbps only. - Greg

Re: (313) Claude Young Shawn Rudiman live in Pittsburgh
Just the kind of thing I need to see more of... sounds like everyone had a fantastic time. Speaking of Kent having already seen everyone before, I just found Kent's review of when we (of the now defunct Kickdrum crew) brought Rudiman and Zentz and Walker to DC in 2002. www.mail-archive.com/313@hyperreal.org/msg27552.html Back in the stone-age though when the racks of live equipment were piled to the sky. It really makes me smile thinking that ten years later he's still shredding it live at good parties. Some things may change but some things always stay the same. Right on. -Art

Re: (313) Made in Detroit 7-inch?
Sounds interesting- am I right in saying this album was only available through Hard Wax for the first couple of weeks? Do you think it was something they put in there or was it actually in the Reel By Real album? I love getting 7 bonus records with albums - the one that came with Kenny Larkin's Azimuth was a belter! cheers Jason On 13 September 2011 21:06, Benajmin Oist yaranaika@gmail.com wrote: So, my copy of Reel by Real's Surkit Chamber got here yesterday in all its excellence. When I opened it, something unexpected fell out of the package: A 7-inch white label with only a Made in Detroit logo and a stamped number (apparently limited to 313 copies). The only other writing I could find was etching in the dead wax bearing the legend M.I.D. 1 or something similar. The A-side was a pretty nice techno track with a female vocalist that keeps repeating No more mind games at various points, and the B-side is a more tribal-ish track with what sounds like vocals in Arabic. Anybody know anything about this?
