RE: (313) I'm bored, some detroit-mixes please?
http://www.fatcircles.com my buddy Chris Layne has a good number of mixes there for download (it's not his site, he spins on the radio show a lot). Some of them are rather large (117MB!!!) so a broadband connection is highly recommended. -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, December 13, 2002 8:36 AM To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: (313) I'm bored, some detroit-mixes please? Hi, I0m a little bored at work right now, does anybody have a nice detroit dj-mix, from themselves or from others in MP3 format? With some old transmat-classics would be nice (psyche, drama) Thanks very much, Remco

I've got a short 30 minute mix of Detroit techno that I did about 5 years ago on my web site at www.skooch.com. The direct link is: http://www.skooch.com/sounds/UNTITLED1.MP3 There are a bunch of other mixes on the site in MP3 format in the Online Mixes section, naturally. If you go to http://www.microlovr.com/313party/, my mix on there starts off fairly fast & modern, but then goes into a sequence of old transmat/kms tracks... also, there's a mix called "my dancefloor" at http://www.sharesite.org/music.html which has some old Detroit stuff too - juan atkins (as Vision), inner city, MK, etc, but nothing on transmat I don't think! There's a tracklist though, so you can see for yourself what's on there :) Brendan | -Original Message- | From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] | [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] | Sent: 13 December 2002 13:36 | To: 313@hyperreal.org | Subject: (313) I'm bored, some detroit-mixes please? | | | Hi, I0m a little bored at work right now, does anybody have a | nice detroit | dj-mix, from themselves or from others in MP3 format? | | | With some old transmat-classics would be nice (psyche, drama) | | | Thanks very much, Remco | | |
