If neither seller nor bidder are really game on doing the transaction, then all they're out is their ebay ID. Seller can simply file a non-paying bidder claim, and all they're out is a two-buck listing fee. what a har. Plus I can't think of any Detroit 12" (or any Techno / House / Electronica 12" for that matter) that has reached 4 figures... yet.
