Posts meant for PWDs must be first advertised as posts for PWDs according to 3% quota following the roster and once the posts are filled up, then the recruited PWD candidates will be interlocked with their caste they belong. So caste issue will arise only after the recruitment and cannot arise before recruitment. There are unlawful practices and hense the confusion. Please also read the OM of December 16. How to create a message rule on windows mail.
Before creating the message rule, we need to know wither for what
reason we are creating the message rule.
Suppose we wanted to create the message rule for any particular person
then it is different steps.
If we wanted to create the message rule for any mailing list then it
is also different steps.
In this tutorial guide, I will explain you both method.
First topic.
To create the message rule for access India mailing list, follow the
steps given below.
1. Go to desktop and enter on windows mail.
2. By default the inbox will open and all the e-mail will be displayed
on the inbox.
3. We need to create a folder before creating the message rule for
access India mailing list.
4. Press shift + tab to close the inbox.
5. Press control + shift + E to create the folder.
6. Give the folder name as access India.
7. Press enter.
8. Press Ault + T to go to tools menu.
9. Arrow down to message rule sub menu.
10. Press right arrow and enter on message dot dot dot.
11. Press tab and enter on new dot dot dot button.
12. Jaws will announce. Select your condition and action first, then

12. Jaws will announce. Select your condition and action first, and
then specify the values in the description.
13. There will be many check boxes which will be in horizontal.
14. Check the first checkbox which will be.
15. Not checked where the from line contains people.
16. Press tab once.

(1) In computing the total income of an individual, being a resident, who, at any time during the previous year, is certified by the medical authority to be a person with disability, there shall be allowed a deduction of a sum of fifty thousand rupees : Provided that where such individual is a person with severe disability, the provisions of this sub-section shall have effect as if for the words fifty thousand rupees, the words seventy-five thousand rupees had been substituted: Understanding: In case of disability, the limit is 50 k. Previously, it was 75k. But it is now substituted to be 50k Law: 36[Provided further that for the assessment years beginning on or after the 1st day of April, 2010, the provisions of the first proviso shall have effect as if for the words seventy-five thousand rupees, the words one lakh rupees had been substituted.] (2) Every individual claiming a deduction under this section shall furnish a copy of the certificate issued by the medical authority in the form and manner, as may be prescribed Understanding: In case of severe disability, the limit is 75k. Deduction under section 80U is not available to the individual who is non resident in India during the financial year. *What is Disability under section 80U of IT act?* The taxpayer will be covered under section 80U of IT act if such taxpayer suffers 40% or more than 40% of any of the following disability; 1. blindness; 2. low vision; 3. leprosy-cured; 4. hearing impairment; 5. locomotor disability; 6. mental retardation; 7. mental illness The taxpayer has to keep a copy of the certificate issued by medical authority and such certificate has to be renewed in timely manner to keep claiming the income tax benefit under section 80U of IT act. No need to produce this certificate along with the income tax return. In case it is asked by the assessing officer then the same has to be produced before him.
