Dear Ashik sir, Getting the policy really depends on your branch. Go with HDFC first and try ICICI. Do you have it in writing from Apolo that they won’t give you an insurance due to disability? And if yes, then do you legally want to take it up? If you don’t have anything in writing, did you try ways to get a written response? Re: [AI] Me too..disability sector
While I do understand coming out by women suffering silently for all these years and enormous social media support to them, let us not take their assertions as the proof of guilt of the males. It is a very complex issue, and N number of variables come into play. But, I think a no has to be clearly spelt out even at the time of any such incident, and cannot be a post-facto addendum. With blindness, the situation becomes even more complicated. Difference between a normal touch, and touch desired by blind individuals as a comforting/communication basis, and the touch with ulterior motive has to be well appreciated. A no is a no, of course, but it has to be clearly stated or demonstrated immediately and should not emerge after. My comments are not confined to the specific event in question here. -Original Message- From: AccessIndia [mailto:accessindia-boun...@accessindia.org.in] On Behalf Of Akash Kakkar Sent: 09 November 2018 14:02 To: AccessIndia: a list for discussing accessibility and issues concerning the disabled.
