no it won't work, because each time before downloading you have to check the
lisence agreement radio button.
I don't claim that now it has become fully accessible but, some improvement
is there like user name and password field is now accessible.

Irctc website is now becoming accessible slowly and steadily. install latest
JRE on your machine and try with firefox or chroam. They have recently made
