Banks should digitised their KYC process properly.

Many banks use aadhaar KYC for digital account.

Why aadhaar KYC can't use for full KYC, when government is linking pan with
aadhaar?

If it is not possible, then thumb impression would be the best option.

Is there any way to verify someone's thumb impression?

As the internet and mobile are prepaid, you would know the amount to pay 
anyway.


You can also generate and pay on UPI apps like Google Pay and this way 
it would be straightforward.

app is working fine for me with talkback & android 11.

working fine for me at least since last couple of months.
Note: using android 12.0 with latest talkback.
Alternatively, the website is fairly usable.

Hi friend,
How many of you are using Reliance jio services? My jio app is
inaccessible with talkback. I have to recharge internet plan using my
jio app since it is inaccessible I have to take someone's help
disclosing my sensitive data. Has someone raised this issue with the
designated authority? if not we need to escalate this at the earliest.
Reliance jio customer service executives are useless. I had ask them
to provide me bill on my personal email ID but they reluctant to
cooperate.

From what I get from you, you are safe on the digital platform. 
However, in the physical platform, your escort can withdraw from your 
account using withdrawal slip. If by any chance, if he has access to 
your checkbook, again money can be taken out this way.



You cannot complaint to anyone about it. If you do, this will be given 
as an example justifying, why chequebook should not be given to visually 
disabled persons.
