Hello,
There should be separate guidelines for departmental exams.  I mean,
the condition of minimum qualification (one step below) should not be
there for candidates appearing for departmental exams.
Secondly, blind candidates are exempted from typing test in some
cases; but in some other cases, they are appearing for the test
without the screen reading software installed.
Finally, consider the possibility of taking up the issue of extending
the relaxations to the candidates with disabilities on par with SC/ST
candidates with regard to qualifying marks in the exams.
Kindly note that I am not asking these for myself.  I don't need to
pass any test in the near future.

What I hate most about PDF and how it gets displayed in virtual cursor or 
browse mode, is that most often documents are not formatted properly for 
accessibility. In those cases, reading cells of a table using table reading 
commands will read an entire column or row when focused on a single cell. This 
makes understanding a table almost impossible.
The only way around this I have found is to change reading options in PDF 
Reader to raw print screen. It takes away all the form controls, tables and 
other HTML elements, but this way it is easier to read using normal text 
navigation through table data and make sense of what’s going on.

Hi everyone!
I am going to explain you the business of a podcast network.
so basically the podcast network is a collection of podcast shows
hosted in a single platform.
what are the advantage of a podcast network?
the advantage of a podcast network is you'll be introduced to the
wider audiences. you'll get advertisers and sponsors for your podcast.
also you can get private subscribers for the private and premium
podcast. and the monitisation would be pretty easy for podcasters.
now comes the question why not other networks?
There aren't many podcast networks in india yet. some renouned
networks are suno india, IVM podcasts, MNM talkies, awaaz.com etc.
but the problem is nobody is targeting the masses.
In fact they work with B to B model for easy monitisation.
As far as the question of spotify. spotify is not a podcast network
it's a podcast directory. a directory is the huge collection of
individual podcasts or podcasts made by the podcast networks.
We'll cover the wider audiences in a lot of different niches. we will
also catagorise the podcasts in different catagories.
there will be a seperate catagory for visually impaired.
let's discuss this thing over a call or a google meet or some other wqay.
It would be privillaged if MRS. kanchan Pamnani ji and other
experienced people  will give their inputs in this innitiative.

I echo Anirudh's query. In addition, your distinction between a podcast 
directory and a network appears to be semantic. If I want to discover a 
podcast, I will usually go to spotify or a similar service and search. 

Why would someone want to advertise on your network? 

As for blindness specific podcasts, there are a lot of them around. 

Now, if you would consider podcasts in vernacular languages, you may have a 
strong business case. Having said that, how will you get information about your 
network to the masses?
