Hi
What browser are you on? Control + W or control + f4 should help. Also, I
notice its tabs you want to close, not the entire browser window, in which case
alt + f4 won't help - it'll close the entire browser window, all tabs at once.
Best,

I wish to recommend the desktop version of whatsapp. which gives a

nvda does the best job and contains few add-ons which helps you to navigate

That's absolutely true.
Hence, everyone who wants the feature I suggested in my previous email, do
write to Google disability support and pressurise them.
They will allocate you a specialist who you can keep talking to and share

Most companies only work either after getting a lot of feedback on the same
request or after getting so much pressure. If other members give the same
feedback to Google Disability Answer Desk it will be helpful to implement
the feature requests. Any Android Mobile User can give any Feature Request,
Report any Accessibility Issue and ask questions regarding any Google
Products to this Team. You will get so many contact methods in the link

I have experience with more than 100 feedbacks of different google products
like Google Lookout, Google Gmail, Google TalkBack, Google TTS Engine,

RE: [AI] Need help in closing internet tabs with windows 11 and Jaws 23

2024-04-22 Thread Yamuna Jivana Dasa
Hi Preeti

When closing a document window of an application containing multiple instances,
like the browser with multiple tabs, you might try pressing Control F4 if not
also try Alt W or Control W in some programs. Your best bet is Control F4.
Often it will lose focus so that you will need to press Alt Tab to get back to
the Application, in this case your browser, where you will see then next opened
browser tab. Another hint is you can press Control Tab to cycle between opened
tabs.

Give me a call if you’re stuck. We had a great discussion last time, may be now
I might have the honour of helping you this time.

Kind regards,

Re: [AI] Need help in closing internet tabs with windows 11 and Jaws 23

2024-04-22 Thread Aparna Sachdev
Hi
What browser are you on? Control + W or control + f4 should help. Also, I
notice its tabs you want to close, not the entire browser window, in which
case alt + f4 won't help - it'll close the entire browser window, all tabs
at once.
Best,
Aparna

Re: [AI] A pleasant surprise: It's not just shower gel, and no this is not off-topic for the blind!!

2024-04-22 Thread Saurav Hegde
Hi,
That's absolutely true.
I went to an ATM yesterday with my mom.
While she was showing me the system, I was surprised to find the word card
and receipt written in braille.
Just hope that all of this becomes a norm and not a privilege.

Best,
