I am happy to share that I have been promoted to the post of Manager 
(Regulatory and Legal Support Advisory practice) in Deloitte USI.


My job would include working with Firm's biggest banking clients based 
out of US and other foreign jurisdictions to provide control testing 
support and strengthen their compliance framework.

Hello,

There are extensive discussions on reading pdf files and many other windows 
applications and accessibility issues in a free book on
www.bookshare.org

The books is The Windows Screen Reader Primer by David Kingsbury. This is free 
and you need not be a member. A few days back Homiyar Mobedji provided the link 
to this list. This is a huge book with nearly 800 pages. But the topics are 
well organised in chapters and subtopics under different heading levels. I have 
already covered half of the book and I am learning many new things from here.

Read it in parts everyday and you may find something new some day.

Well, it has a discussion on accessibility issues of zoom meeting also.

[AI] Urgent Help need on MS forms

Hope my mail finds you well!

 

I  have a  query regarding MS form. After creating the form when going to
check responses in Excel format, first the icon doesn't announce the option
"Download copy of excel", but when I press "insert+tab

It announce but it doesn't get downloaded after pressing enter on it. I
tried sighted person help and when they click on it using mouse, they are
able to download it.

 

Could someone please  help with solution here. Earlier, it was working fine,
but recently I have started facing this issue.

 

I'm using NVDA with office 365.

Happy Day! I have gone through the same kind of challenges and discovered a
way  to accomplish this under JAWS utilities menu > sound cards. If you
checked Windows Default  sound card , please check  speaker / headphone and
that might help you to solve this issue.  Please do this after you connect
the laptop with the projector / external speakers and experience the
difference. Thank You.

there may be some patch update installed with your adobe reader. 
uninstall the adobe reader and reinstall the adobe reader version with 
which you are working fine with your jaws version. also disable its 
automatic update in preference settings.

popup alerts by adobe which are not accessible to us. dismissing that 
message may start reading documents.


we need to make several changes by going to adobe properties after

able to understand your reported accessibility issue mam. I am sharing some
platforms list with you for reporting the accessibility issue.
* Write on the X/Twitter, LinkedIn and Email to the developer.
* Give 1 star in Google PlayStore Rating to this app and write your problem
as well there. Sometimes, 1 star rating works very well because the
platform gets hurt from 1 star rating although Sugamya Bharat App is
Government App even though sir who was from Empowerment of Persons With
Disabilities asked again and again from me to write positive feedback and
increasing rating on the PlayStore. I said "Please don't worry when the
issues will be fixed I will give you a positive rating. I think If an app
gets a bad rating from the users so the app does not come easily in the
search result, Download gets less and in the result developer gets less
money or something like that.
* If anything does not work, take legal action in the end.

भीड़ भरे ट्रैपफिक में सड़क
पार करना, ट्रेनों में यात्रा
करना, उबड़-खाबड़ रास्तों
से गुजरना खतरा भरा होता
है। इसके लिए वे किसी पर
निर्भर रहते हैं। ऐसे में इनके लिए ग्रेटर
नोएडा स्थित गलगोटिया विश्वविद्यालय
की कंप्यूटर साइंस की प्रो. डॉ. पुष्पा
चौधरी ने स्मार्ट छड़ी विकसित की है। उप्र
विज्ञान एवं प्रोद्योगिकी परिषद ने इसके
लिए ग्रांट भी जारी की है।
उनकी
सारी
ऐसे काम करेशी स्मार्ट छड़ी
एआई आधारित इस छड़ी में लगे कैमरे व सेंसर्स दूर से
आने वाले किसी अवरोध, वाहन या छुट्टा जानवर आदि
को 50 मीटर दूर से ही देख-भांप लेंगे।
इसमें लगी वॉयस इनेबल्ड प्रेग्राम्ड चिप कान में
ईयरफोन के जरिये नेत्रहीनों को किसी भी चुनी हुई भाषा
में सचेत होने का निर्देश दे देंगी।
इस छड़ी में पानी और आग पहचानने वाले सेंसर्स लगे
हैं। ये राह में आने वाले पानी भरे गड़ढे या आग को दूर
से ही भांप लेंगे।
जीपीएस की मॉनीटरिंग के जरिये घरवाले इन्हें ट्रैक भी
कर सकेंगे। किसी अनहोनी की स्थिति में उन्हे फोन पर
मैसेज से लोकेशन व सारी जानकारी मिल सकेगी।
दूसरों पर
निर्भरता
होगी कम
दृष्टिबाधितों
के लिए यह स्मार्ट छड़ी
निश्चित ही वरदान साबित
होने वाली है। इससे दूसरों
पर उनकी निर्भरता कम
होगी और वे खुद सक्षम
