Re: [AI] Quregarding Bose Frame Sunglasses

2020-02-04 Thread Aditya
Hi Harish

You are correct as the purpose of bose frames headphones is to ensure that you
can listen to your surroundings while taking a walk or cycling
However on calls, specially FaceTime calls I observed that there is definitely
a reduction in the ambient surround sound

Re: [AI] Quregarding Bose Frame Sunglasses

2020-02-03 Thread Aditya Garg
Hi Milan,

Just like you even I am coming on the list after a long long time.
I have been using the Bose Frames for the past few months and feel glad that
I took the plunge.

Bose Frames are an excellent piece of technology. These currently come in
three sizes.I have not had a more comfortable and convenient listening
experience.I find no issues with the durability. The voice quality on calls ,
especially with face time calls is better than that of apple airpods or
earpods. These are my primary go to earphones for my spoken word consumption
like audio books, podcast , voice over.Though I do not use GPS quite a lot,
I believe that for visually challenged individuals, these are a match made
in heaven for those who use them for Gps.Infact post my getting the frames,
another of my visually challenged friends has got them and using it even
more than me.Also they work equally well with Ios and android.

Recently, I was travelling from Mumbai on the Express way and for the entire
journey I used my Frames to consume podcasts and calls. The experience was
superb.

Sometimes, on normal calls I do have an issue but it is very
infrequent. Also, the battery life is a serious letdown. It goes for maximum
210 minutes on asingle charge.

There is lots to write and like about Bose frames. However this is a niche
product and definitely not for everyone.

It totally depends upon the use case scenario. For someone interested only
in music, there are better headphones at this price point.

If my memory serves me right, Bose does offer a fourteen day or thirty day
return policy.I will highly recommend you to check on the return policy and
then accordingly make an informed decision.

Regards,
Aditya

Hello Access Indians,

I hope you all are doing great.

My name is Milan Mittal and currently I am working as a corporate law
adviser in a law firm . I am writing here after a long time.

As the subject line indicates, my concern is regarding Bose Frame
Bluetooth Sunglasses. Recently, i had its demo and found it quite
helpful, mainly while delivering presentations. However, i doubt its
durability and performance in buzz.

Thus, If any group member is using them, I request them to share their
experience, mainly relating to its durability and performance, which
may further help me to decide whether to buy it or not.

I will wait to hear on this.

Re: [AI] Savings

2012-03-29 Thread Aditya Gargg

Dear Gufran,

Mutual funds do offer the flexibility to invest at different fixed time
interval periods. The same will depend on the investor’s current liquidity
position and future cash flows expectation.

What we actually pay to the fund house is not premium like that incase of
insurance companies.

Sip stands for Systematic Investment Plan and the whole objective of
investing through this channel is to mimimize risk by investing regularly at
fixed intervals. To get the most of sip experts always advise to invest
either monthly or quarterly over a long period of time in good diversified
equity scheme of reputed fund house.

Thanks Regards,

Aditya

objective. Insurence is for yr dependents in case of untimely death. If
u want this, go for term plan. Investment is for yr goals child

whether u want low but safe returns, go for PPF, or bit risk but high

Anilji,

One’s risk taking appetite determines which avenues are good for
saving or investing.

For example, I think for me, property investment is the best option
with very high returns and safety but lot of hard work and stress.

However, for smaller amounts, you can go for Systematic Investment
Plans by top equity funds. It averages your risks and returns in the
medium and long term you will never be a loser given you take a right
redemption decision.

Well, in terms of debt instruments, I don’t favor them at all as even
the highest rate of interest on FDs or bonds are always lesser than
your inflation rate so actually value of your money goes on
deteriorating.

One very important tip which Sameer shared with me,
Please don’t keep any money more than say 10,000 in your savings
account lying just like that. It depreciates the value of your money.
Instruct your bank to keep all the cash in sweep in-sweep out or link
fixed deposit as ICICI calls it.

In case of ICICI,

All you’re your cash in savings account other than your designated
amount is converted in to link fixed deposits in the multiples of 5000
and your can earn almost double the return than your savings account
or equivalent to fixed deposit while it remains flexible for you to
remove them any time or issue check without any penalty.

Ideal tenure for this is the highest tenure.
Good luck and all your returns losses are yours and not mine...
