RE: [AI] java access bridge

2021-11-22 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi Saravanan,
To subscribe to the programming list please send an email to
program-l-requ...@freelists.org with subscribe as the subject. This should
automatically subscribe you.

Eclipse is a very extensive IDE and it can add another level of complexity if
you are just starting with it / Java. If that's the case, I would suggest to
use Notepad++ for editing and command prompt for compiling to start with. Once
you are comfortable with Java as a technology, you can explore Eclipse as well.

In any case you can find keyboard shortcuts for Eclipse on the following links.

https://edisciplinas.usp.br/pluginfile.php/3257857/mod_resource/content/1/atalhos_eclipse.pdf

https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/8-keyboard-shortcuts-beginner-eclipse-ide-users/

For an extensive technology platform such as Java, self-study would be the best
approach. Optionally you can consider joining an online course. I cannot give a
first-hand recommendation for it though. I generally refer to online tutorials
and Bookshare books for a more in-depth understanding. Bookshare has a rich
collection on all technologies.

HTH.

Hi Saravanan,
Java access bridge is required to use any UI that's developed using Java. You
can enable Java access bridge from Window's ease of access center. You must
have JDK installed before that.

Eclipse is largely accessible and does not require JAB to be enabled. I've not
used PyCharm. If you are not already on Program-L mailing list, I would suggest

One easy way to record your computer screen is to setup a Zoom meeting in which
you are the only participant, start sharing and recording. If you want computer

RE: [AI] MS Excel query - making column headers to be announced by the screen readers

2021-06-07 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi Vaibhav,

Here are the steps to set the first row as the header.

1. Select the entire region containing the data on the spreadsheet. By
default content of a spreadsheet is not technically a table.

2. Format the selected region as a table. Go to Home tab -> Styles->
Format as table.

3. Select a table format and check the checkbox ‘My table has header’.
This will make the first row of the selected area as the header.

Hope this helps.

Hi Friends,

I have seen some excel sheets in the past which announce the row 1 content as
column headers when you move between columns.

For example - If you move from cell B3 to C3, then the screen reader
announcement will be the value of C3 + the column heading which is generally
the content of C1.

I am not sure how to do this. Found a few directions on Google which do not
work. Can anyone help me with the required process to set a cell as header?

Thanks,

RE: [AI] Issue with HDFC bank web portal

2020-11-24 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi Asif,
Yes, I have been experiencing some new accessibility challenges with HDFC net
banking of late. I have been using it for many years now and have found the
experience to be generally good until recently.

I was unable to read the values of the form fields. Only way I could read them
was to get out of the forms mode and keep pressing 'f' to navigate through the
form fields after entering the details.

I even faced an issue with the login processwhile entering the password. At
times JAWS would not read '*' in the password field, which causes the confusion
if it is being entered or if a character is being deleted with backspace. This
did not happen consistently though.

Thanks.
Alok

Re: [AI] hdfc net banking

2019-12-18 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi Rahul,
Only other keystroke that I would like to mention is the f' key to move through
all the form fields.

Some of the form fields are disabled and tab navigation does not take the
control to those fields. Getting out of forms mode and then pressing f helps
me go through the other form fields. For example, if you select a third party
beneficiary, its account number and IFSC will not be read by tab navigation, or
when you select an account its balance will not be read.

There is no direct solution for CAPTCHA. Either we need to use a third party
plug-in or seek sighted help. It also depends on the complexity of the CAPTCHA.
Simple ones may be solved using JAWS OCR or using Google's automatic image
description option in Chrome.

However, I have not tried OCR or Google's option on HDFC's CAPTCHA yet.

HTH.

Hi Rahul,
I have been using HDFC net banking regularly. Most of their links such as log
out, continue, etc. do not work by pressing enter. Press Shift+Enter on them
and they will work. Do the same for other links like Accounts, Funds Transfer,

In general Shift+Enter opens a link in a new window but in this case it still
opens the link in the same window.

Although you can use JAWS cursor, it is not necessary.

Hope that helps.

Hi Saravanan,
Eclipse is accessible for screen readers. I have tried it using JAWS and was
able to navigate around the IDE without any problem. Eclipse has many
perspectives, so it may take some time to get familiar. Accessibility is not a
challenge though.

Commonly used keyboard shortcuts for Eclipse:

Bookshare has lots of technology related books.

Dear Friends,

Many of our friends are familiar in using eclipse for java.
How much eclipse IDE is accessible for VI persons.
Which screen reader that is, either NVDA or jaws is well compatible for using
it. I request you to provide the shortcut keys for working with it. I am also
expecting the guidance for java with eclipse from your side. I am also in need
of some good java books in audio or text format for my reference. Waiting for
your valuable response with anticipation.
Thanks in advance

Hi,
If you have Windows 10, you do not have Linux but you have SSH client to
connect to a Linux machine.

It would be more helpful for you if you could read on the internet to
familiarize yourself with some basic concepts. Others may be able to help you
in specific cases but even to get something worthwhile out of those responses
you will need to do sufficient groundwork beforehand.

For now I will just mention that there is nothing to be apprehensive about from
the point of view of accessibility.

Hi sir,
Thankx for your reply...
I know neither head nor tail about Linux. The only thing I know about Linux is
it is an OS.
My personal laptop is running windows 10, so do I have linux already in my
machine to work on it?
What is the concept of user name and host name?
and ofcourse why VM required? can't it be installed in my own laptop and used?

It would be great if you could provide me your contact to clarify my doubts
along with me googling things...

Thanking you,

Re: [AI] screen reader for Line OX regs.

2019-09-14 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi,
In most cases you will need to connect to the Linux machine from your Windows
based computer. Typically a SSH cliennt is used forr this purpose. Windows 10
has a built in SSH client, which could be run using the standard command
prommpt. Its accessibility is same as the accessibility of the command prompt.

If you are using Windows 10, open the command prompt and type ssh followed by
userName"@hostName. If you are using older version of Windows or any other OS,
you will need to use SSH clients like PuTTY.

If you are required to woork on a Linux VM directly, ORCA screen reader is
available as part of some of the Linux operating systems such as Ubentu,
Solaris, Fedora, etc. On others it will need to be installed separately.
However, if you can use a SSH client, working directly on the Linux VM may not
be necessary.

Re: [AI] Efforts towards matrimonial pursuit for blind; Suggestions invited

2018-07-07 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi Vamshi,
Here is my take on this subject. These views are in a wider context and not
specific to any individual. You' in this mail refers to everyone thinking about
this and not just you.

You need to ask yourself some basic questions.

1. What is your reason for getting married? Is this reason strong enough to
provide the basis of a good relationship?
Many blind people are looking for sighted partners. While this may bring some
practical convenience for one person, it does not form a strong basis for a
healthy marital relationship. Marriages are bound to go through their phases
over a period of time, and preparing oneself to be dependent on one person is a
recipe for disaster.

2. What is it that you will bring to the relationship?
Most of us have an idea about what kind of person we are looking for and how we
would like them to be involved in our lives, but have we given enough thought
about what we would be adding to the relationship? Does that makes the
relationship more balanced?

3. If we are primarily looking for a companionship for long term, are these
channels of bringing unknown people together good enough sources to ensure that
you will get the companionship that you are looking for?
Best would be to increase your sphere of interaction and observe what naturally
evolves and appeals. And if someone appeals, have the courage to express that,
even if it is at the cost of risking the relationship.

Marriage and job have a lot of similarities. Some organizations may have a bias
against hiring people with disability while others may have better inclusion
and diversity policy. Even though 10 options may not work out, at the end of it
you need just one job, and likewise you need just one good relationship to
carry on. There are employers who hire disabled people and then do not use them
to be an equally participating and productive individuals. There could be a
similar situation in a marriage, and that is definitely not a desirable one.

We overly emphasize on our disability. There are many other aspects in a person
that could make a person appealing enough to someone who is able to recognize
and value them. After a while disability becomes less important and how you are
as a person becomes fundamental.

While social sensitization is essential, it is a long drawn approach, and may
or may not result in a significant transformation during the timeframe that
you may be interested in. So far we have not even been able to convince people
within the visually impaired community that it is alright to marry a person
with disability, even though they may have seen two individuals with
disability leading a reasonably decent married life.

While we can intend to bring about a change in the world, actually we cannot
change anyone other than ourselves.

Thanks.
Alok

Subject: [AI] Efforts towards matrimonial pursuit for blind; Suggestions invited

Dear friends,

I, as someone gradually loosing vision, have been in pursuit of a girl for
marriage for the past few years. But as everyone knows, blindness presents its
own obvious limitations and societal misperceptions due to which it becomes
difficult to find success.

I found success on Access India for many issues like coping with blindness,
technology, legal provisions, independent living etc. Now, I would like to
invite suggestions from my dear Access Indian friends on this issue.

The following are the channels available :

1. Traditional channels like marriage fairs, matrimonial sites, etc.

2. Special on line channels like ability matrimony, Inclov, etc.

3. Special get togethers organised by Inclov, Radio Udaan, voice vision, etc.

4. References from close circles, especially from those associated with blind
friends.

I already contacted some of my friends on Access India who are helping me out.
And I found this channel to be most fruitful as they are more empathetic
towards fellow blind friend. Now, I would like to invite suggestions from
members of this forum on this issue. Please share your experiences, strategies
you have adopted, any new ideas, etc.

Please feel free to write on the forum as it would help others like me. But if
you have something to discuss privately, write/call me on the contact details
provided in the signature line.

As they say, "An idea can change your life". Hoping for such life changing
ideas!(smile)

2018-07-04 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi,
I am aware of cases in which SBI has verified customers identity by digital
matching of the thumb impression from Aadhar biometric database. They were
making an issue about signature mismatch in case of a legally blind person but
eventually completed the transaction without any problem with this approach.

Thanks.

Witness is generally insisted upon. And because its a non-home branch, they are
also not able to verify thumb impression as the image is with the home branch.

Re: [AI] HDFC Bank customers: list your challenges by this weekend

2018-06-22 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi Amar,
Thanks for the details. Will try it out.

Just one more thought about talking ATMs based on Braille debit cards. This
limits accessibility of ATMs to selected HDFC Bank customers only. Whereas, in
a more general approach, in which accessibility mode is activated by plugging
in the earphones, it becomes accessible to any user, be he/ she from any bank.

Thanks.

Hi Alok,

Some of what you are saying needs to be fought.

Even if you use signature, why don’t you submit a form for Braille enabled
debit card? I have for instance a JP World debit card and a Braille enabled
debit card.

I can only tell you that I won’t let them put any nonsensical restriction on
your account. To add to your comfort, write to:

aditya.p...@hdfcbank.com;
kmistry@hdfcbank.com

Copy me. And say that you are told of these issues and you want both cards. It
will solve your problem. While applying, in the product code, use MDVI1.

Remember to keep both cards active from limits and international perspective.

Amar Jain

Hi Amar,
I have not yet got their Braille debit card. If you are aware, can you let me
know about the following points.

1. Can Braille enabled card be used whether we have signature or thumb
impression in the account details? I was told that if I use thumb impression,
I will be restricted to use banking from my home branch and not from any
other branch.
2. Does this put any restriction or reluctance on part of the bank to extend
all the banking services?
3. Does Braille debit card help in any kind of verification at the branch, and
avoid issues related to signature mismatch?

Thanks.

Re: [AI] HDFC Bank customers: list your challenges by this weekend

2018-06-21 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi Amar,
When we try to download historical statements, i.e. any statement older than
six months, it asks for a captcha text to be entered. This captcha does not
have any audio option as well. Of course this feature is reached after login,
so need for a captcha at that stage does not sound very logical. I have been
using HDFC net banking for many years now and this post-login captcha was not
there earlier.

When we try to view tax credit statement through net banking, it asks for
captcha text to be entered. This is also after login, so not very logical.
Also, once the user is redirected to traces website, there is one more captcha
to deal with anyway.

Another issue that comes up at times when I visit the branch is that in case
of signature mismatch they say that their system does not display the
photograph of the account holder, so it is difficult for them to verify. This
is the case when people at the branch know me well enough. They eventually do
the work after some persuasion but the need to persuade frequently is anyway
there. If their system does not display the photograph of the account holder,
it is worth considering having it there. This is based on the information
provided by a branch official.

More and more ATMs are now becoming talking ATMs. I have noticed that many
SBI, ICICI, and other bank ATMs have become widely accessible. However, HDFC
Bank seems to be lagging on that front.

Thanks.
Alok

Re: [AI] Deification of the disabled in the media

2018-01-29 Thread Alok Kaushik
This is not at all about Ashish or his opinion. This is about how the main
person running a national channel presents about a subject and how that
presentation could be made better or more useful to others with disability or
make society more aware in general and how more such examples can find their
path.

We generally appreciate interviews in which the interviewer is well aware
about the subject matter and is able to make the interview really relevant in
the context. This discussion is aimed at that.

Well, I completely disagree with this.
If Ashish doesn't find anything wrong in the way his interview was conducted,
then who are we to impose our viewpoint on him?
Its high time that we stop poking our noses unnecessarily in every affair.

Hi,
Rahul, Dinesh and Payal have already put down the essence of this
discussion. While we can keep putting down our views amongst ourselves, it
would be better if they are heard by those who perpetuate these
stereotypes. Would it be good idea to collect more views on this thread,
collate them in form of an article, and send it to Arnab Goswami. Ideally it
would be best if Ashish sends it, but I am not sure if he would be willing

Thanks for starting conversation on an important topic.

The way media houses distort and push people around is well-known. I think that
Arnab Goswami would not have allowed Ashish to say what he might have wanted to
say.

It was evident from the way Arnab constantly kept saying that I want people to
get inspired. So he might have not allowed him to talk about role of assistive
technology. The reason that Arnab might have not allowed that description is
that the fact that technology could help people with blindness would not make
him look so super human.

Even then, I feel that we have missed a great opportunity to bring awareness
about how assistive technology could help millions. As Rahul said, This
instance highlights that we should not help in perpetuating these harmful
stereotypes. I also suggest that we need to be vigilant about our
responsibility of making people aware about how technology has made so many
things possible. Granted that it has become part of our lives so much that we
may not realize that for people who have no exposure to these technologies,
this could be the difference in making us look super human vs people using
specialized tool that anyone could learn.

For those who might want to be seen as amazing people, even though when we show
people how technology helps us to do regular stuff, people think we are so
inspirational!

Hi everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently came across Ashish Goyal's
interview to Arnab Goswami on Republic TV that was conducted on Republic
Day:
http://www.republicworld.com/s/20590/meet-the-first-visually-impaired-person

At the outset, I think what Mr. Goyal has achieved is truly commendable and
worthy of appreciation. Despite the odds being heavily stacked against him, he
has overcome challenges that most would have considered insurmountable.
However, I was somewhat troubled by the manner in which Mr. Goswami sought to
construct his narrative. More specifically, he called Mr. Goyal an inspiration
multiple times and framed his questions in such a way that they made Mr. Goyal
appear superhuman. For instance, the interviewers considered him an expert on
overcoming obstacles as a student merely on the ground that he has been able to
accomplish so much despite his disability. This got me thinking about whether
the deification of the disabled in this fashion is a healthy phenomenon.
Doesn't it help perpetuate their otherization and alienation which we work so
hard to break down? Also, I wonder if we, as disabled interviewees, have an
obligation to actively engage with interviewers to ensure that we are not
helping perpetuate these harmful stereotypes.

To be clear, I don't have anything against Mr. Goyal personally. Indeed, I
confess to being all too willing to be made the subject matter of news stories
like these. I do think that such stories serve the valuable purpose of driving
home the point that, with access to opportunities and resources, there is
nothing that the disabled cannot achieve. However, at the same time, I am
wondering if this object can be attained without us being complicit in
reinforcing harmful stereotypes.

Best,
Rahul

Re: [AI] Seeing AI, a must app for iPhone

2017-07-15 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi All,
This app is absolutely wonderful. Just wanted to add a couple of observations
about the usage of this app.

1. The device became very hot while using the app and the battery drained out
quite quickly. One of the reasons of that is the default setting of flash
usage. If you use it in an ambience that is not brightly lit, the flash will
remain on for the entire duration of the use of the app. This observation is
more relevant for people with extremely low vision or total blindness. Also,
since the flash is on the back side of the phone it may not be very obvious to
detect that it is on for some people. I kept on exploring the app and then
accidentally realized that flash was on constantly. Flash usage option is
under settings.
2. After using the app for some time I observed that other apps became much
slower. For example, youtube videos were taking much longer to load or app
store searches were timing out. Restarting the phone resolved it.

Needless to say that this is the best tool that we have in our hand on this
day.

Thanks.
Alok

Dear all,
If you have an iPhone then you must install this free app from Microsoft. It is
an amazing development and the future seems very promising.
In particular the Short Text channel inside the app is amazing. Just keep
moving your camera over objects and hear the text. For example, move it over
your debit cards, food packets, bills etc and you will be amazed to see how
much it reads quickly and with good accuracy.

and the link to app store is:

Here is an article on AppleVis:

Hope it is made available for Android soon. I am trying to get hold of a head

full advantage.

2017-02-20 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi Sajal,
First things first. Please get rid of the idea that you will not be able to do
any development work because of RP. Of course you will have to keep yourself
up-to-date with the needed skills. Enough resources are available on the net to
acquire any skill.

I am an engineer by education and have been working in the IT industry since
last 20 years. I have RP as well and have lost my functional vision during the
course of last 7-8 years. I enjoy working on technology as well and have been
doing it without much of a problem. After working for some MNCs for around 10
years or so, I have been working independently on my own. I take up software
development projects and carry out their end to end execution.

Like you I started with High contrast display setting with some
magnification. Now I comfortably switch off the monitor of my computer and use
JAWS to do my work with a reasonable speed.

Getting through in a campus interview is a matter of chance as well as your
own level of confidence and skills to be able to do what is needed.

If you would like to talk over the phone, just drop me an email and I will give
you a call.

All the best.

Hello there...
I am Sajal Arora, an IT engineering student in Chennai. I am a patient of RP,
on an intermediate stage. With my eventually detoriating vision, it is hard to
figure out my goal in one particular field.

IT sector is developing rapidly and now companies want more skilled developers.
i like coding, but that wont be a long term thing as per my disease.
I already manage surviving with an invert color magnification in my laptop
which make my work really slow. I dont know whether i will get campus placement
or not, I really dont wanna work at banks after struggling a lot in
engineering. I just want a job where i could earn lots of money tbat gets me
out of this miserable life. Since my childhood, i always wanted to be an actor
but thats immature to think of it right now.

I dont have anyone who can guide me the right path. So is there anyone from my
field(computer) who can guide me a path to follow. Please mail me back.

2016-07-07 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi George,
I am facing the same issue. Suggested email addresses are not shown in 'To' or
'Cc' fields when I start typing an address. I have already spent a reasonable
time on various approaches suggested on the internet. However, none of them
really resolved the issue. If you are able to find a solution, please post it
on the list.

Thanks.

[AI] For users using hotmail through Outlook

2016-06-02 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi All,

I was using my hotmail account through Outlook connector on Outlook 2010.
Since past few days send / receive tasks were throwing up errors and I was
unable to use my email account using Outlook.

After spending a reasonable time on troubleshooting it I finally found the
solution. If you use hotmail using Outlook connector on Outlook 2003, 2007, or
2010 then you either would have faced this issue in past few days or will face
it in next few days.

This information can save some time for hotmail users on this list, especially
considering that hotmail's web interface is not great from an accessibility
point of view.

Microsoft is in the process of migrating email accounts to a new server.
Accounts that are migrated would no longer be able to connect through Outlook
connector. They will need to be configured to connect to the exchange server.

Following link explains all relevant details about this and provides the steps
to make hotmail working again in Outlook.

http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/outlookcom/outlook-com-migration-status/

Thanks.

Alok

Re: [AI] Accessible income tax Efiling initiative update

2016-05-25 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi Asif,
It is heartening to know about your efforts. I have been a regular user of
income tax e-filing portal, and would be happy to volunteer for this. Inncome
tax return filing due dates would approach soon and that could be a good time
to do some real assessment with many more users.

Recently ministry of corporate affairs updated their website. They have used
accessible altternative to captcha. May be that can be presentted as a solution
to the captcha on income tax website as well. One example of that could be
found by the following navigation.

1. Go to mca.gov.in website.
2. Go to MCA services.
3. Go to complaints.
4. Complaints form has a pre-populated field with some date / time related
value and users are requested not to change it.

Thanks.

Subject: [AI] Accessible income tax Efiling initiative update

Dear all
Hope all is doing great and apology for writing to you all after a long while.
As you are all aware regarding my attempt in personal capacity to make income
tax accessible to all including blind; I have taken few measures in this
regards and please to note few tiny developments.

1. I did meet with Income tax commissioner and highlighted concern faced
by blind/ visually impaired tax payers and am grateful to my Pwc colleague for
facilitating this meeting.

2. 2. I did float an email to you all where Amar and Ashish has
highlighted issues which are listed below:

3. * Alternative Visual capcha link does not have clearly
labled butten enabling blind/ low vision to file taxes.

4. * Lack of keyboard navigation of entire e-filing websites
prevent disabled taxpayers to independently carry out this transaction.

5. * E-file does not conform to W3c compliance ,
international standard for offering equal access to all citizens including
disabled.

6. * Main menu buttons are not accessible.

7. * Java utility is not screen friendly. (Possible solution
Jaba bridge or free tools which offers equal access )

8. * IE brouser not supported

9. * Process of embedding digital signature is not disabled
friendly.

10. * 26 AS Traces (Table needs to include row and column header
3. We had a conference call with vendor TCS, who is developing and maintaining
their portal. Key official from income tax attended this conf call and the
outcome of this call is that they would try to fix all above issues and another
review call would take place in three weeks.

May I request you all to kindly consider volunteering your little time to view
this web sites and identify more issues for them to resolve. I did recommend
them to hire professional agency which they are not so keying at the moment.
May I also request you to spend time in testing the system when revised version
of portal goes live.
Please feel free to reach out to me if you would like to volunteer for this
initiative. Let's collaborate for accessible India.
Kind regards
Asif

Re: [AI] For HDFC Net banking users

2016-02-05 Thread Alok Kaushik
Thanks Amar, Sameer, and Aravind for your help.

This issue is now resolved by changing the following setting.

JAWS context menu --> Utilities --> Settings center --> Expand Web / HTML /
PDFs node --> expand links node --> Uncheck filter consecutive duplicate links.

I am using Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Mozilla Firefox.

Thanks.

Alok,

The solution lies in turning off filter duplicate consecutive links in Jaws
settings. You should be able to get this either in Quick Settings or in
Web/HTML settings.

[AI] For HDFC Net banking users

2016-02-04 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi,

I have used HDFC net banking for many years now. However, in recent and some
prior versions I am facing an issue.

Ironically, everything works perfectly when I use a much older version of JAWS,
i.e. JAWS 10. However, when I use JAWS 15 or JAWS 17 it does not reads out some
content.

For example, there is a ‘Funds Transfer’ link next to ‘Accounts’, which is
read by JAWS 10 but not 17, similarly many graphic link buttons, e.g. continue,
etc. are not being read out, as if they are not present at all, but they are
of course there.

Also, pressing enter key on links does not opens the link. I have to press
shift+enter to open the page that the link points to.

Has anyone used HDFC net banking with JAWS 15 or 17 and observed these issues?
If yes, were any solution found?

Thanks.

Alok

Hi,

Business World is organizing a conference and expo on IoT (Internet of Things)
on 11th March at Leela Ambience Hotel on NH 8 near Delhi-Gurgaon border.

Although participation in this program is paid but Business World has been kind
enough to extend complimentary access for me and one more delegate who could
accompany.

Would like to check if anyone among us is working in this area of technology
or would like to understand this for the purpose of creating technical
solutions using IoT for visually impaired people.

Please write to me on alok_kaus...@hotmail.com if you are interested and I
would be happy to share more details.

I am excited to volunteer for further development and coordination of this. Do
we know the way in which anyone interested can get involved?

Thanks.

Re: [AI] Meeting with national informaticDirector Center (NIC) general

2014-09-17 Thread Alok Kaushik

Dear Mr. Asif,
This could be a good platform to communicate our concerns and possibly an
initiating point for further constructive action.

While possible solutions could be suggested for some specific things, it
would be a one time activity and would limit the scope of what could be
achieved. I would suggest that we propose for the following for a
sustainable solution.

1. Sensetization of the software development teams towards the needs of
various kinds of users who may be using the software differently.
2. Making the accessibility guidelines readily available to the development
teams, including WCAG 2.0 standards, customized presentations or guidelines
for specific projects, etc.
3. If there is any software acceptance benchmark then compliance to WCAG 2.0
could be included in that.

Besides these points following could also be communicated.

1. If needed, we can prepare and provide accessibility guidelines in a
quick-to-refer format form that could cover most commonly used things in
software development and common mistakes.
2. If needed, we can work together with the development teams or whoever
designs and defines the software designs and policies, to arrive at a
solution to various issues with minimum possible impact for them in terms of
effort.

We definitely have some technically competent people around who may be
willing to be part of this initiative, if NIC decides to give it some
attention.

I would be happy to discuss any of the points further, if needed.

Thanks.
Alok

2. what are some of issues with regards to accessibility that I could
possibly discuss with DG sir?
3. what are some quick solutions we could offer which they may consider
implementing immediately.
I am firm believer that working with key government official may result in
solutions which we desire.
Thanks and request you to provide feedback on above questions.

Dear Alok,
Here are your answers:

1. Your mail mentions that feature for remote desktop clients and citrix
clients could be purchased. Is this in addition to JAWS license cost?
Yes Freedom Scientific charge Rs.12400 for this facility.

2. Can this feature / service be purchased for an already installed older
version of JAWS, for example, version 13 or 14?
Yes you can.

3. Is any installation needed on the remote computer / server that we
connect to through remote desktop for this JAWS feature to work?
Yes you need to install a demo of Jaws Pro but of the same version you

Dear Friends,

Freedom Scientific has today released their latest version V16 for Jaws
and are giving below some of the major new features for your attention.

Those of you who have the licenced versions can now purchase the SMA to
take
benefit of the V16 and V17 .

Others who already are covered under SMA will receive their software by
first week of November.

For more details you can contact me.

What's New in Jaws V16

Built-in Search Engine for JAWS Keystrokes

JAWS provides many keystrokes to perform a variety of commands. Many
commands can be performed anywhere in Windows, such as reading the window
title or current line, while other commands are only available in
specific

applications like Microsoft Word or Internet Explorer. If you are using
JAWS
with a refreshable braille display, there are even JAWS commands that can
be
performed using the controls on the braille display.

While there are certain commands that are used by the majority of JAWS
users
on a daily basis, such as reading the current line (INSERT+UP ARROW) or
reading the current window title (INSERT+T), there are numerous commands
that even the most experienced users do not use regularly and need to be
looked up. Certain types of commands can be especially difficult to
remember
as some of them require pressing several keys at once. The JAWS Command
Search feature enables you to enter a full or partial description of a
command whose keystroke you do not remember. JAWS will display all
commands
that match your search criteria, the description of the feature, and all
the
associated keystrokes, including braille commands if a refreshable
braille

display is currently connected.

For example, you may need to locate a keystroke for working with formulas
in
Excel. Instead of opening the JAWS help topic for Excel and searching
through all of the available keystrokes, or starting Keyboard Help
(INSERT+1) and pressing various keystroke combinations until you find the
correct one, you can open the Search for JAWS Commands window while

all keystrokes related to working with formulas. Similarly, if you are
browsing the Web and you need to find the keystroke for displaying a list
of

headings on the current page (INSERT+F6), you can open the Search for JAWS
Commands window from Internet Explorer or Firefox, type list headings in
the search edit box, and this command will be the first result.

To search for a command, press INSERT+SPACEBAR, followed by J, to open the
Search for JAWS Commands window. Alternatively, you can choose Search for
Commands from the Run JAWS Manager dialog box (INSERT+F2) or the JAWS
Utilities menu. An HTML window opens and places you in an edit field. If
Forms Mode is set to Auto or Semi-Auto, Forms Mode will be activated when
the edit field gains focus. Begin typing the description of the command
you

are looking for and the results area in the lower part of the window

first result.

Note: If Auto Forms Mode is set to Manual, you will need to first press

Since this is an HTML window, you can use standard reading commands to
review the search results. Each command name along with the most common
keystroke used to perform it is displayed as a heading so you can quickly

you
locate the command you want, press DOWN ARROW to move to a brief

Hi Subramani,
Thanks for sharing this. I am reminded of a story about a blind man by
Ruskin Bond. I am writing the gist of it and how I see it being related in
our context.

Start of story's gist:
A blind man was travelling in a train. After some time a young lady boarded
the train and sat on the seat opposite to him. After a while the man
conversed with the lady and asked for some help in doing something. The lady
asked him to help himself in a neutral tone. After a few minutes the man
said to the lady 'Isn't it beautiful outside?'. Lady again said in a neutral
tone 'It would be better for you to experience it yourself'. The man did not
speak much after that. The lady got down from the train at her destination
and another man boarded the train and sat of the seat opposite to the blind
man. After taking his seat he said 'God help her. She was having a tough
time navigating through the platform. I think that blind girl was sitting
here.'

:End of story's gist

In most cases the so called 'other people or authorities' are blind as well,
not physically but in many different ways. Expecting something from them
would be bothering ourselves unless their blindness is taken care of first.

Thanks.

  Freedom within limitations

What else do I think on a day when our country celebrates its
independence?

The Americans celebrate their I-Day on July 4, Malaysians on Aug 31,
Singaporians on Aug 9, while South Koreans like Indians mark the day
on August 15. The days may differ, but the thoughts and sentiments
behind the celebrations are much the same.

All human beings living in the country should find freedom in their
spirits, in their hearts and in the ecosystem around them. Some
experience all those freedoms, most could say that they have at least
two of them. But still larger numbers find freedom neither in their
spirits nor in the physical environment. Especially persons with
disability.

Talking of freedom, I always think about M. G. Road, the arterial road
in Bangalore, where you could observe people walking or chatting about
with their companions in absolute comfort. Even the potholes on the
pavements, the hawlkers occupying much of the walking area and the
randomly parked bikes and cars wouldn't upset the relaxed demeanor of
people strutting about.

Of course, almost all of them are persons who could see and swerve
away from any impending obstacle at the last minute. Blind persons
don't have that luxury. We'll have to take heart from whatever freedom
we find within the confines of our limitations.

Re: [AI] about programming language .NET

2014-08-14 Thread Alok Kaushik

Hi Pooja,
Accessibility is needed at the level of the tool that is used to write the
code and not the programming technology itself.

I have developed several projects on ASP.Net. Most ASP.Net developers use
Visual Studio to create ASP.Net applications, and I have heard that it is
accessible. However, by choice I am not using it. I use a simple text editor
called 'vim', which is a windows equivalent of unix based vi editor.

Any text editor that you are comfortable with can be used to write programs.

If one is not using Visual Studio then command line compilation can be used
for ASP.Net code. Compiler executable is 'aspnet_compile' and located under
the bin folder of .Net framework installation.

If you have any specific questions then you can write to me on my email id
alok_kaus...@hotmail.com.

Thanks.

Sir,

The issue was taken up with Directorate General of Systems within I.T.
Department, the team which is responsible for technology related
concerns and solutions provided by I.T. Department.

There is a technical challenge for the I.T. Department here. Without
going into technicalities, to briefly explain you, the issue here is
that I.T. Department has come up with Java application to provide for
better validation, safety and security. And the advantage of this
application is that it is independent of the operating system. So
irrespective of which Windows or Linux you use it on, it provides you
the functionality which you need if the other requirements are met.

Unfortunately, in order to implement accessibility in the application,
the standards are not present for the developers, curtsey of Oracle
for paying so less attention to accessibility.

As of now, the only way out is either to provide Excel file,or to
provide an online e-filing form as is provided for ITR1 etc.

The department has positively received the problem, and they have
assured that they will be working to resolve the issue, though it may
not be possible before the current due date. CCPD route for this is
surely not required.

I would erge you to write an email to the following officials:
1. efilinghelpd...@incometaxindia.gov.in
Kind Attention: Mr. Mahesh
2. dgit.syst...@incometaxindia.gov.in
Copy to
3. Member heading the I.T. part of this department on:
member...@incometaxindia.gov.in, Chairman on:
chair...@incometaxindia.gov.in,
If you desire, copy Revenue Secretary on: rs...@nic.in, and Finance

It would be good if you could mark me as well on:
amarj...@amarjain.com and Mr. Sameer Latey on: sala...@gmail.com so
that we can sort this out collectively.

Hi Bhawani,
Thanks for this. Will try the online form.

Yes, captcha definitely is a barrier. However, I think that we may not be
able to do away with it unless an accessible alternative to it is created.
What we need to put across to the concerned entities is to find an
alternative to captcha rather than removing it. There are strong enough
arguments for introducing captcha, and they would be convincing enough on
any forum.

Hi,
Income tax department has released Java based income tax return forms
that are completely inaccessible with JAWS. Excel version was partially
accessible but it is still not available for ITR 4. For other ITRs excel
version of forms was recently released.

I want to chek on the following points.

1. Has anyone already taken up this issue with the income tax department?
2. Does anyone know the concerned person(s) or department within IT
department that can be contacted for this?

I have already inquired several times on the e-filing helpline number.

Of course, the matter can be reported to CCPD but for now I am looking
for the concerned people or team in the income tax department.

Thanks.
Alok

Hi Bhawani,
I have myself been thinking about an alternative solution for captcha. It is
not as simple. Putting a captcha code in clear text or putting a simple
mathematical question in clear text would not fulfil the purpose. Basic idea
is to have something that can be done only by human action and not by any
script. Any clear text can be easily captured by a script.

While doing some research earlier I came across captcha approaches that used
audio captcha along with second-by-second rewind and forward options. It
also used to play the next one second of audio captcha when one character is
typed in the captcha text box. However, I feel the need for refinement even
in that as well.

Another approach is to created a centralized web based OCR service that
could be invoked by a manual action on a web page. This can be considered
this a superior version of webvizum that can be used by all browsers.

I have also heard that recent version of JAWS has built-in OCR engine that
could read text within graphics. However, I have not used it and I am not
sure whether it can resolve a captcha.

Another approach is to uncover a clear text that could be uncovered only
through a manual action.

One more approach is to use registered email id or phone number to receive a

Hi Bhawani,
Thanks for this. Will try the online form.

Yes, captcha definitely is a barrier. However, I think that we may not be
able to do away with it unless an accessible alternative to it is created.
What we need to put across to the concerned entities is to find an
alternative to captcha rather than removing it. There are strong enough
arguments for introducing captcha, and they would be convincing enough on
any forum.

Thanks.

Re: [AI] Inaccessible Java based ITR forms

2014-07-18 Thread Alok Kaushik

Hi Prashant,
Thanks for sharing this. This could be a good approach if:

1. Questions are randomly generated and is not a closed set of questions.
2. Application that is generating the random question needs to be
intelligent enough to determine the correct answer.
3. Questions need to be more complex than the examples mentioned. For
example, 'which color' text is a clear indication of information needed, and
all the words of the question could be scanned against the color names.

Recently I was reading about algorithms to programatically derive logical
conclusions from English sentences and paragraphs. They are targeted at the
kind of questions mentioned here. Such algorithms are published in academic
content for advanced level computer science students studying artificial
intelligence, which is gaining popularity by each passing day.

Challenging part is that individuals from whom systems are to be protected
are not too far behind than those who create those systems. None the less,
if the questions are complex enough, it could still work for another few
years.

Thanks.
Alok

How about using logical questions? Even if the text is legible to the
robot

or script, it may not be able to decipher and answer it. See one of my
emails below.

In place of the visual image based CAPTCHA which are not accessible to
several users including the visually impaired, Text CAPTCHA or Logic
Questions should be used. These logic questions provide the needed
security

to the website and at the same time are accessible to everyone. THE web
accessibility guidelines also recommend use of these alternate types of
CAPTCHA. Note that the audio CAPTCHA is also not an alternative since for
many users including visually impaired it is not easy to both listen to
the
much distorted audio and type the text at the same type on the website.
Few

examples of Text based CAPTCHA is given below. More information on Text
Captcha is available on the internet and also on http://textcaptcha.com/

If the duck is pink, what colour is it?
The list blue, shorts, snake and pink contains how many colours?
What's seventeen minus six?
Also see this Indian Government website which has implemented text
CAPTCHA:

[AI] Talking Televisions are available in India

2014-04-23 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi All,
Today I happenned to visit a Panasonic store and I inquired about talking
televisions. Several models with voice guidance were available. These are from
E6 series, E60 series, DT60 series, and WT60 series.

I took the demo of E6 series models over there.

These models were earlier available only in a few countries like UK, US,
Australia, but are available in India now as well.

Since these are primarily in the category of smart televisions their cost is
quite high. I must say that thay have a rather tempting range of features, like
built-in voice enabled browser that can be used to play content directly from
internet using Wi-Fi connection, pairing with several devices like mobile
phone, bluetooth keyboard, etc.

However, this would be of little practical use in absence of talking set top
boxes.

Thanks.

Hi Prashanth,
I saw a couple of models in E6 series. One with 32 inches display costs Rs.
42000 and the one with 42 inches costs Rs. 6. Smaller screens were not
available at the store. Other series are priced higher than this. Possibly
smaller screen sizes in E6 series could be more affordable. I have got the
phone number of this store and I can confirm this over the phone sometime this
week.

I second Pranav Sir. There are several software and websites out there
that have modules and practice tests for various competitive exams.
While these may not be very accessible, a better idea would probably
be to have their developers incorporate accessibility features, rather
than developing new software. tcyonline is one such website offering
practice tests.

NVDA as an open source screen reader has great potential, and hence,
it'll be a good idea to contribute to its development. There are also
several other open source projects on github that you might want to
explore. Many of these pertain to accessibility.

[AI] Consolidation of insurance services

2014-04-02 Thread Alok Kaushik
Hi All,
This information could be of use and provide easier access to those who are
still handling their insurance policies and premium paymentsin paper form.
Although many insurance providers already provide online insurance services,
this could still be of use to some. This will also allow policies from multiple
insurance providers to get consolidated in a single place.

quoting from received communication below.

It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that our subsidiary NSDL Database
Management Limited (NDML) has been authorized by Insurance Regulatory and
Development Authority (IRDA) to act as an Insurance Repository. You can now
hold your insurance policies in electronic form with NSDL group, the way you
hold your securities in Demat Account. We have named this initiative as
National Insurance-policy Repository (NIR).

NIR facilitates a proposer to hold insurance policies in electronic form in a
single e-Insurance Account (eIA) and offers easy online access to these
insurance policies. For this, you will have to open an eIA and the insurance
policies will be credited by the Insurance Company into this eIA. You can seek
credit of existing as well as new insurance policies in eIA.

And it costs you nothing to open eIA and hold insurance policies in electronic
form.

NIR Facilitates:

!

· Holding of all insurance policies in a single e-Insurance Account
(eIA),

· Doing away the hassles associated with holding the insurance policies
in physical form,

· One time Know Your Customer (KYC) for opening the e-Insurance
account,

· A single point of contact for the account holder to update
demographic details with insurance companies,

· Conversion of the existing paper policies into electronic policies at
the request of the policy holder.

Benefits:

· No charges for eIA opening and eIA maintenance to the eIA holder,

· Eliminates multiple KYC,

· All insurance policies under one umbrella,

· Single view for all policies,

· Portfolio tracking,

· Ease in Premium payments,

· Account Statement from NIR.

eIA can be opened by filling the eIA application form (attached) and submitting
it to your nearest Approved Person - your DP/Broker may also be an Approved
Person who will facilitate opening of eIA.

The details of the Approved Persons and the list of insurance companies, whose
policies as on date can be converted into electronic form are available at
https://nir.ndml.in. We are in the process of appointing more approved persons
and many insurance companies are likely to join the Insurance Repository system
in due course.

To experience the power of e-Insurance Account fill in the attached eIA
application form and submit it to the nearest Approved Person. Please visit
https://nir.ndml.in for further information.

For any assistance please feel free to get in touch with us at
helpdesk@nsdl.co.in / 022 49142631.

Regards,

NSDL.

Thanks.

Hi Mukesh,
Thanks for sharing this. This information could be very useful in many ways.
I want to check on the following points.

1. Is this data based on 2011 census or something else?
2. Is this obtained through RTI or a general request?
3. Do they provide statistical information or individual level information?

Thanks.

Hi,
There is no need to hunt for CDs. You can download the drivers from HP and
Canon websites. HP also offers a feature to automatically detect the model
and select the best driver for it. Alternatively you can choose the model
and your operating system and download the required driver software.

You may refr to the following links.

Re: [AI] Want to buy a musical keyboard

2014-03-17 Thread Alok Kaushik

Hi Sumesh,
I bought Yahama PSR E313 a few years ago. It is a good one. There may have
been some changes in the model over these years. It does not have any
talking features though. I have its user manual in PDF format, which can be
referred to.

I have created my own reference document to identify different keys and
functions. Different panels have different sizes and shapes of keys so
locating a key is not difficult if you know which key you are looking for.
Memory serves as the best tool.

There are some features like listen and learn that display notes on a LCD
screen. These features cannot be used without sighted assistence.

Let me know if you decide to buy Yahama PSR series keyboard and would like
to have its user manual in PDF format.

Thanks.

Hi Kanchan,
Cheque truncation system is used everywhere in India now. Truncation
essentially means truncation of use of paper cheque in the workflow. Scanned

from the depositor by the drawee bank.

1. I issued a cheque and handed it over to the payee.

3. Then it went to the RBI for sorting
4. The cheque then came back to my branch for verification of signature

5. If my branch cleared it then the payee got a credit otherwise the

2014-03-10 Thread Alok Kaushik

Hi George,
If we look at the present snapshot, it is apparent that needs of VI people
were not considered. However, even though the drivers of moving to
electronic format were fundamentally different, it is still in the direction
where technology can come to our salvation. so although inadvertantly this
may work for us in the due course of time.

Of course it would have been better to consider the needs at the time of
designing the new process, Some innovative enhancements to the current
system can still fulfil the purpose. some possible solutions have already
started taking shape in my mind as I am thinking about this. However, I am
not sure what would be the right forum to discuss or present such
suggestions from where some actual changes can get initiated.

If there is any formal entity or platform to whom or where we can propose
any solution oriented suggestions then please let us know.

Thanks.

Re: [AI] Start a new NGO

2014-03-07 Thread Alok Kaushik

Hi Mohit / Bhushan,
I was happy to see this request on the list but waited for people who are
already working in the NGO sector to respond. I am putting down some basic
information from my limited knowledge.

I would also suggest that a CA or advocate be consulted for detailed inputs
even if it is a paid consultation. There are several operational and
compliance related requirements that one has to take care of after getting
into this.

An NGO can be registered in one of the following three ways.

1. As a trust.
2. As a society.
3. As a non-profit company under section 25.

Here are the key points for each mode of registration.

For a trust:
1. At least two trustees are needed to register.
2. Registration can be done at local level in registrar's office, i.e.
tehsil. A trust deed needs to be drafted for it.
3. A trust once formed cannot be dissolved. If unoperational it can be
merged with another entity doing a similar work by the charity commissioner.

4. It is simplest from a compliance requirements point of view.

For a society:
1. At least seven members are needed to register a society.
2. It is registered at societies registration office at state level.
3. Generally societies have to define different office bearers and their
election has tobe done at the frequency defined in the constitution of the
society.
4. A constitution needs to be drafted for the society before its
registration.

For a non-profit company:
1. Memorandum and articles of association need to be drafted for its
registration.

2. Registration is done with the registrar of companies in your state.
3. At least two directors need to be identified to form a company. Directors
will need to obtain a DIN (director identification number).
4. This is governed by companies act and has several compliance related
requirements.

As far as drafting of deed / constitution / MoA is concerned it is standard
practice for many advocates or CS. You would just need to inform them about
specific activities or area of work that you have in mind.

I would also suggest that you have enough clarity about the key activities
that you would like to undertake and how the organization would sustain.
Give yourself some more time if you feel the need.

Following link can be a good starting point for you.

Re: [AI] signature issue

2014-03-05 Thread Alok Kaushik

Hi All,
Things are not that difficult as it may appear to most of us as far as
having a solution from the banks is concerned from a technical or even cost
perspective. Bigger challange is to have the willingness or push for the
same.

eChecks are provided in many countries as a banking product. In fact there
are several companies in US that perform midoffice work of converting paper
based checks to eChecks for other recipient companies. Even when we talk
about electronic clearing in India it is essentially done by converting a
paper based check to an electronic equivalent. However, it is done by the
bank currently. If an interface to a similar feature can be provided through
net banking or any other equivalent authentication then customers can issue
eChecks using non-paper based authentication. This technology is already
available with most of the banks operating in India. This means that abig
chunk ofthe solution is already present, at least for the individuals who
can use a computer.

Individuals working with banks or RBI can help clarify whether there is any
policy based restriction in providing such an interface or product to
customers if a bank is willing to do so.

DSC has been accepted as an alternative to physical signature in many
eGovernance initiatives, including income tax department, NSDL, ministry of
corporate affairs, etc. Above mentioned suggestion would not really require
DSC though.

Thanks.
Alok

Digital technology is different in scope and usage to physical signature.
Digital signature only ensures that the digital document is not tampered
in transit or storage and is admissible in court of law.

It cannot be made a substitute to physical signature.

Can't we do away with something like digital signature?
I mean by any chance can it be incorporated in the check printing

According to me, if the template is designed in PDF then it could be done.

Are there tricks which anyone has been using? I plan to file a

Re: [AI] Announcing the AI convention dates

2013-11-21 Thread Alok Kaushik

Hi Neeraj,
Thanks for your response. If you could mention specific points that may need
elaboration / clarification then I will be able to give more focused
responses. In any case I am putting down some more of my thoughts to add to
the details, if it helps.

Suggestion is based on a much broader perspective and with a long term
horizon in view. It is intended to extend enabling means of a better life to
which some of us are fortunate to have. Many organizations and individuals
are already working with that underlying objective. This suggestion is
primarily to take that effort to greater scale, and enable an / or guide
motivated individuals within our community to achieve it.

It is understandable that only a small part of the total group strength may
be looking to take up such a role / initiative, and that is why we may need
a larger gathering of aware individuals to finally have a handful of such
new leaders. It is my firm belief that even if only a small number of
individuals may be the target audience of this, it could have a significant
impact in a few years timeframe.

Since individuals come from different backgrounds and have different levels
of knowledge / awareness / expertise of various aspects of successfully
running such initiatives, if we can create a pool of mentors and guides who
are experienced in various associated fields it could be a real enabler.
Also, it would allow individuals within our community to realize a sense of
fulfilment, while generating employment, extending help to many others, and
possibly touching upon several new focus areas.

Thanks.
Alok

Dear Mr. Harish,
Here is my suggestion. This idea can be further refined by discussing with
people experienced in this area.

Topic: Social entrepreneurship in the area of accessibility / social
sensetization / counselling / rehabilitation / improving quality of life

Background:
There may be several individuals, like me, who are more than willing to
work in the social domain or possibly make it as as a key purpose in their
lives. I think that it is extremely important to help in enabling this
segment of individuals to take a significant step in overall scalability.

This could greatly enhance geographical reach as well as cater to many
more aspects.

Following points / aspects can be covered in this regard.
- Providing informational guidance regarding setting up a social
entrepreneurship venture, ongoing operations and compliance, etc.
- Creating a pool of individuals who are looking to work full time or part
time in this area and have a drive to make a positive contribution. This
can be for individuals who are looking at this as an employment
opportunity, as well as for those who see this as something much more than
employment.
- Create a pool of mentors and guides who can provide a need based
guidance during various stages of such a venture.
- Create a platform / formal or informal group where all such individuals
can connect and get started.

In many cases people may be given a generic advice of getting associated
with one of the existing organizations. While this could work for many
cases, I see following limitations in that.
- Any individual who has such an inner drive is very likely to have an
idea about what and how he / she may want to do, which may not be what the
nearby organizations may be doing.
- Geographical location of such organizations may be a limitations for
many individuals.
- Individuals who are already leading these organizations and have
established certain way of functioning may not appreciate any significant
change in it.
- Individuals would be functioning at different levels and would have
different types of expertise, which may not be satisfactorily used.

- It is not a scalable approach.

Thanks.
Alok

Although I have not tried this on the link mentioned in your email, but here is
how I do something similar on other websites.

1. After filling the form exit the forms mode and then press g to go to the
desired graphical link button.
2. Align Jaws cursor to PC cursor by pressing Jaws key + Num pad minus key.
This will bring mouse pointer on the graphic link button.
3. Press mouse left button or / key on num pad to similate mouse left click. In
some cases nothing happins when / key is pressed. In such a case press shift
key + /.

Hope this helps.

0.25 person days

there are no IP addresses added in the database.

4. interchange the contents of recruiter and recruiter2 folders and change

What ever version of skype you have it doesn't matter. if we search
somebody in his/her name, there might be sevral. In order to reach
particular person, it's better to have his/her unparalleled details such
as

phone number, email id or skype name itself
