Re: [AI] black berry phone accessibility
hai friend as far as the accessibility of menu and core blackberry applications are concerned they are quite accessible but browser is not easy to use. you can hardly navigate by links etc. however, recently I tried my hands on windows phone and found it surprisingly accessible using the narrator. the only issue I found was the lack of accessible third party apps on the windows store. even the most basic apps such as BBC news, Hindustan times, and the times of india were completely inaccessible. regards harbhajan singh On 14/08/2014, Sandeep Singh wrote: > Dear friends, > Some of you must have been using black berry phones. Re: [AI] Please guide me about android mobile for c d m a and g s m a card.
hai dear I suggest you to go for htc desire 700 because of its front dual speakers with good sound output. it will cost you around 18 k with android 4.1. however, I have not used it personally. if the prise is an issue you can go for micromax phones prised about 10 k to 12 k. Re: [AI] Nokia learns from apple, launches free screen reader.
hai friends i have come to know from another mailing list that the up coming screen reader from nokia will be exactly the same as mobile accessibility for android. if this happens the user will be able to use some of main apps such as telephone ,contect, clock, web, log, etc. there will be limited or no support for any third party application. other than this we will have to use nuance vocaliser voices. hello sir I have been using htc wildfire for two months almost with no difficulty. Though mobile accessibility has all the functionalty a screen reader is supposed to have, yet the voice is not as fluent as eloquence. Well its voice recogniser is very accurate to type what you say. A number of thirt party apps like newspaper apps or talking tom are also supported. The speech vocaliser UK or US english female voice as in talks vocaliser voices. hello friends this is a good news for all of us that we can run knfb reader as 14 days trial. For this you need any of these phones-- nokia n82 n86 6220 Classic n85 n79 n95 and e71. To avail the demo you first need to send amail at supp...@knfbreader.com with your phone's imei number requesting them to send a demo serial key. Then you wil receive the serial key in your email ID. Now go to www.knfbreader.com, register an account, sign in and enter the serial key in the edit box. Click next. Now download software version 6.3.1 and a language pack. Install both files on your memory card and launch the reader application. You will be asked to press next. Press key 1 to proceed. Now it will ask u to enter the activation code but don't enter anything. Press down navigation key to hear the software key. Note down the key so as to remember it. Now again go to knfbreader.com and repeat the steps as early. Enter software code when prompted and click finish. In the following screen you will get the activation code which you need to enter in the knfb reader application. However, it should be noted that i have tried it on n82 and its working great. Re: [AI] regarding cheap nokia mobiles available in market
hello sir, as i know talks and mobile speek work on some of the samsung phones too such as i450, i550 and i560. But all of them cost more than 12000. Among nokia phones e51 and e63 are cheeper than n73. They cost you around 12000 and 11000 respectively. They are lower than n73 only in respect of camera that is 2 mp in both the phones. As far as 5320 is concerned, the phone is fully compatible with talks. Thanks harbhajan singh. Re: [AI] about nokia 6220 clasic mobile
hello sir! I have used nokia 6220 classic and infact its a good phone to buy. Its a slim handset with odinary look and keypad. Battery backup is ok. Only the latest version of talks or mobile speak work well with the phone. Even the earlier version of wayfinder access was not working properly. As far as music is concerned, the phone has a good output bt it has a 2.5 mm headset jack which allow you to stick to a low quality headset. I think these words are enough to satisfy you. For more details plz contect me on my email id or call 9812814111 On 29/04/2009, dinesh thole wrote: > Hello friends, > I am thinking to buy nokia 6220 classic phone. > But before buying, I want to know the revues/ opinion about the phone. > so, those who have used, or are using this phone, please share your > experiences. > I shall be grateful to you all. > You can write to me of list to avoid traffic on the list. > Thanking you. > Warm regards. > Dinesh thole. > Email: dineshth...@gmail.com, dinesh_th...@yahoo.co.in > Skype id: dinesh.thole > Mobile: 09922942801 > > > To unsubscribe send a message to accessindia-requ...@accessindia.org.in with > the subject unsubscribe. > > To change your subscription to digest mode or make any other changes, please > visit the list home page at > http://accessindia.org.in/mailman/listinfo/accessindia_accessindia.org.in > To unsubscribe send a message to accessindia-requ...@accessindia.org.in with the subject unsubscribe.
