[AI] Harassments complaining on accessibility in Sugyama Bharat Apps

2022-07-05 Thread Mangal Hazra
Respected All ,

Rome wasn't built in a day same as accessibility is too far from reality.

My father’s surname was missing in the disability certificate so a request
was made to Howrah District Hospital for rectification on 25.5.2022 .My
disability certificate was made by the same hospital in 2020 .

In meanwhile Found accessibility issue in Hospital premises so raised
complaints newly launched Apps “ Sugyama Bharat Sugyama Bharat “ on
15.06.2022.

After submitted as per Hospital will be called till date no call received.
So I met the Superintendent today after 3 hrs (intentionally made )
waiting . Clear cut remarks could ve done as you complained earlier on
Sugyama Bharat so now it won’t be considered a fresh Disability
Certificate to be made with no correction to be done .

1)Fresh Disability Certificate means again board and 3 month waiting
time.

2)Now I understand why WB having such low Nine (9) only *UDID card
issued *

Question is 1) whether any Circular or Such OM ..No correction ( minor like
name Correction ) can be done in existing Disability Certificate

3)What can be next from my end

Any suggestion will be highly appreciated

 With Regards

Re: [AI] Query related to UDID and railway concession card

2022-05-17 Thread Mangal Hazra
HI ,

1) it's wrong that the railway concession card is only for 5 yrars and
only for 100% Disabled. .
Initial phase it was 5 years but now as per recent judgment validity should
be as per Concession certificate and applicable for all above 40%
disability

even its wrong UDID is mandatory if someone demanding needs to be
highlighted at appropriate level . am waiting since 2015 /16 in WB

recently i approach WB , Howrah Division Eastern Railway for renew my card
which was issued in 2016 they now asking fresh concession when i arrange
also same now they asking 2 copy of relevant document attested by
gazetted officer . but i refuse as no such provision there in the master
circular later highlighted in
Head Office ..and reply received yes self attested is enough . Though the
office refuses to renew over a small mistake as my new Concesion SURNAME of
my father is missing . It will take more months to rectify .

Actually no one there to look into these issues. That's why
different offices raised so many unwanted demands. I even met a lady whose
son is mentaly *ill , having a date of birth in aadhar aged about 16 yrs
but the office demanded a Birth Certificate which is unavailable .*

So railway taken decided as per fraud norms.

Considering the fact

2) and same to be communities to DRM / Concern division copy to STATE

Re: [AI] Seeking support for justice

2021-10-26 Thread Mangal Hazra
In my opinion Pg portal lost its credibility
Nowadays. ( in any kind of dispute) .

No proper justice or solution to be awarded
Either Docket will be closed with remarks forwarded to concern authority
for further n/a. Or such type of diplomatic reply with out solving actual
demand or solution.

So better write in paper and sent to STATE commission first through speed
post then after may approached to CCPD if solution not upto the mark.

Option

1) you may mention with required format ( aggree to pay charges if any)

2) Just received whatever format they are sharing ( then make Necessary
changes at your end)

As far my opinion don't give them any excuse to dely / denie to provide
information.

Dear Sir /Madam

Unfortunately recently 2019 November I ve lost my original Disablity
Certificate issued by District Hospital in 2012

Still Having 1 ) orginal identity card valid upto 2022.(2) Xerox copy (3)
Another Ph Certificate with different formate but with same old certificate
number issued by same Hospital .

Already made a GD at local Police Station and approached to Hospital with
letter .

Now local staff asked me to make OPD ticket and join que of 200-300 general
patent .as per them forget old again whole procedure to be followed 2/3
month medical board formalities.

So i approched Assistant Suprident his behave made me much distress .

As per him as it was my inresponcibilty , have to join que ..i told sir i
am a 80% ( ortho ) can not move with out escort ) is it possible to join
such long 2 que .?

Answer then you may not required such certificate .

Whatever happened not only matter of respect but it's again proved that
where we are as on date despite of several order exists .

Please note it's harsh to see other disable iro VI , HI, other type are
waiting so long just either renew or new purpose in a helpless manner.

Moreover we pwds are accoustome with this type of attitude by society.

Only matter shared to state commissioner via mail and waiting for update
but also know that no response will be recived on the matter as usual .

Despite of several reminder no acknowledgement recived by state
commissioner official email .

Bkz commission and direct magistrate are only available nodal with in a
state as far my knowledge.

So please suggest next action to be followed as already 20 days is already
over .
Celebrating Louis birthday Jan. 4th.

Re: [AI] Be careful, Totally disappointed of shopping through online retailer

2015-03-22 Thread Mangal Hazra
With due respect i differ the view of online Store.. Its my personal
opinion people like me Pwds.
Failed to go market and purchase always due to several possible reason.

Every side having a negative aspect but with this online concept we are
more open to buy product

I am not supporting flipkart but I do feel flikpkart is one of most
reliable vender nowadays ..for example snap deal offer Rs 200-300 less
price than any other e retailer

Before buy always read carefully refund procedure first as of Flipkart
offered picked up & refund policy with out any Q as every product sell by
any vender under insurance as far I know ...but few Cos won't picked up in
case of product delivered faulty ..

Finally what's if vender refuse to pay or refund ...as per Consumer Forum
/Act ...if vender registered office exist in city where product delivered
only such cases can be accepted in district Forum /Cell but here most of
based on Mumbai or somewhere else in such cases National Consumer Cell only
option

Mostly vender don't want to lose their market normally 3Rd party courier
/Seller are responsible hwver FK having own logistic .

So rest upon your choice to buy online product or not however it was my
personal experience towards Snap deal who bound to refund balance after
intervention of National C.C approx 40 Days later
