timer once, and press plus 10 times.
 3. To boil water: use full power of the induction cooker.

hi all,
yes, i cooked piza last week. Well, to spraid chatni and tomato catch

spraid chatni and vegetable masala on bread with spoon and fingares.
But there is big prob for me to cut piza even with piza cutter. I had
to take help of my mum to take out piza from hot pan. I think
practise is required in such items.
Preeti mam, i will talk to u on phone.
 Thanks all!

Therefore I have asked how to cook one in a pan for all of us to learn. For
sometime when one is in the process of cooking the pitza, the electricity
decides to take a break! Then one needs to know how to carry on with the
cooking and one can use a pan!

Can give you a few ideas, the ones I use. Use your hands and fingers to
spread masala on the pitza in the pan. Lower the flame of the gas, place
left hand fingers lightely around the edge of the pitza, be careful you
don’t touch the pan itself. Then take the fingers around the pitza all the
way around being very careful of not touching the pan. This will give you a
fair idea of where is the pitza. Then take the masala in the right hand,
keeping the left hand fingers on one edge of the pitza slowly sprinkle the
masala over the pitza from as close as you can take to the top of the pitza
and you are done. Now for the cheese, grate the cheese with the help of a
greater and apply the same methord that you did with the masala sprinkling.
Then leave the pitza on the gas flame turned low, till the cheese is
 melted.
It may take just a few seconds as most cheeses melt fast. Try not to touch
the melted cheese for it can easily burn your fingers as it is very very
 hot.

Re: [AI] 2 questions about daily living skills

2013-04-28 Thread Patel Bijal
Dear all,
Nice thread of discussion.
Well, being a late blind and now totally blind, I am able to match
colours of my kurties and jeans. Yes, its true once I have to ask all
colours which are on only one kurti, because nowadays drashes are in
maltipal colours. Even while shopping also I am habitual to ask which
portion is in which colour by touching all designs to my dear ones and
sales man/girl. Then after visualisation of colours and designs, no
problem in matching anytime ,even I am alone also at my home or during
some trainings.
Just for curiosity, I would like to know, how is it possible to
recognize colours of dress being a born blind? Means, how he/she can
know pink kurti/ti shirt is full match with blue/black jeans.
At Vamshi, what’s reason regarding you have to put matching pairs in
covers when outside of home?

I also help him choose new clothes while we go out for shopping.
With regards to pairing his socks, I make sure that as far as possible,
we buy socks of different color with different textures or length. And
then try to keep different color socks in different envelopes.

All I want to say, it is not at all difficult.

 Hey Buddy,

Your name on the mail brought smile on my face. I do take u seriously.

Do you know blind can lit a cigarette with a match stick, forget the
 lighter?

Sincere guys, i am not promoting smoking just re-emphasing what Ajay
 and Zujar sir illustrated.

Some tricks, practice and exposure will make you master in independent
living. The key is Sharmane ka nahin.

Reg. pouring liquid at home; I don't take so many precautions, but
Additionallly, depend on my listening skills as liquid does make

 About clothes,
Imagine how many of feelable varieties you can hav:
Buttons, long sleeve, half sleve, textures, type of clothes; denim,
 cotton, tericot etc.

DO struggle to keep my sox getting mixed up of one leg to another...

There is no special rocket science in it. In my school days, my

And some times with girls as well.
Because we used to have at least 3 to 4 types of common bags in our

Then I used to always win the bet in finding the correct bag for

Even today, my friends don't greet me untill, I recall them from their

I have a special texture identification of each and everything in my

It may be my dad's hand or our family car.
I am not praising myself but, I am cunsiddered the best packer in my
