Hi friends,

thank you for your support,
I have Successfully switched my microphone to front panel, but as
Naushad ji said, the sound will be like radio.

I have open real tech manager, then microphone tab and  on that I hit
spacebar on connecter settings on that, I have checked disable front
panel jack detection and tab to ok button,
finally press spacebar on ok button.

I am thanking to all from the bottom of my heart.

yes, the front panel was working fine on XP but now it is not working
on windows7.

You have to enable front audio in realtek hd audio manager, located at 
control panel.
Keep in mind, by enabling front audio, radio interference may increase 
in audio stream. The wire connected to the front audio will work as a 
radio antenna. So, static noises may interfere with your audio listening 
experience.

try to download drivers as per your motherboard. if you are not sure about your 
motherboard's modle. then please install spexy a free software which wll detect 
your computer's details without opening systembox.
