Re: [AI] Accessible version of internet explorer
HI friends, Just installed Jaws 13.0.1005, and could get rid of this problem. Since this problem wasn't there in firefox, thought it was browser specific. Thanks all for the help. I'm using IE 8. Are there any accessibility issues in IE 9? IE9 has a rare advantage. It allows continuation of download. I recently downloaded sp1 of windows 7 which is 537 mb in five or six installments using my c5 handset. When the download option comes up, yu have to go to the notification bar using alt+n. I have am using jaws 13 with IE9 and it seems to be working fine so far. Re: [AI] Accessible version of internet explorer
is it troubleing you anywhere apart from the internet explorer? if not, just delete your personalised settings by locating in to "C:\Documents and Settings\your username\Application Data\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\13.0\Settings\enu". then, restart jaws and check out. - Original Message - From: "Vamshi. Therefore i wouldn't recommend u to upgrade your browser, because in i e 9 u wil not get good experience. For instance jaws will not announce progress bar i.e. How much the page is downloaded. In addition, the download process also seams to be tricky. However, these r my personal views. This entirely dipents on u whether u would want to upgrade or not.
