Hi All,

It would help if ywe could get the direct email address of some
higher officials of RBI as we can register complains on RBI sight only
after 30 days of the 1st complain registered with the bank. So please
let us know if you have any such contact person with whom we can
register our complains via email.

Thanks and Regards,

Vetri.

Don't bother. Save yourself first. It is bothering screen readers and we
want it sorted out.
Complain to RBI immediately and the top management of ICICI.
We have to Protect our own rights-no one will do it unless we raise the
alarm.
At the back end we are already talking to RBI because we are having problems
with different banks.

I think Kanchan's suggestion is great. But I need to get clarification on
one thing. Is the issue faced only by users with screen readers or is it
common to everyone. I've read on their websight that they are in the process
of developping the new web interface for netbanking with more features. If
any of you have sighted friends using ICICI bank, then could you clarify us
on this? I'll try from my end as well. If the issue is only for us, then we
can put forward a strong case to the RBI.

Re: [AI] Any ICICI account holders on the list?

2019-09-25 Thread Kanchan Pamnani

Dear Access Indians,

If you are banking with ICICI, then have you noticed that the
password field is no longer accessible with ICICI netbanking sight?
I checked with JAWS 18 and 2019 and it seems to be the same in both.
If any one found a different mode of accessing this, then please
let me

know.

If you are banking with ICICI, then have you noticed that the password
field is no longer accessible with ICICI netbanking sight? I checked
with JAWS 18 and 2019 and it seems to be the same in both. If any one

Since 20th Sep. There was a message stating that their sight would be
undergoing some kind of maintenance over the week-end and I thought
that perhaps it would be rectified. But I was so wrong and the issue
still persists. I've launched a complain in their websight and let's
see. Perhaps you and other customers from the list could do the same.

my goodness!
when did this happened?
now the only accessible way is the m.icicibank.com
site.
there app was not accessible from so long now the site.
come on! accessibility fighters, get ready for another battle!
Or time to say good bye to a very long banking partner?
P.S. their corporate site and app is a well-known mess even for sited users.
