[AI] Doubt regarding my bank account:
Hi team, Hope all are doing good. I am in need of your solutions regarding my bank account. I am having syndicate bank account since last 5 years. Recently I converted in to joint account. But I want to do online transactions from that account. Is it possible? When I ask this question to my syndicate bank branch manager, he said that I can not do online transactions. Not ask but demand. It's your right. There r clear guidelines of RBI and bank's association that no bank can deny any banking facilities to VH. Dear sir, You can request the bank to make your account jointly payable either or survivor account.. For this, you have to go to the bank personally alongwith a person with whom you want to make it joint alongwith ANY OF his photo identity viz. aadhar card, PAN card, Passport andadress proofand a letter requesting the bank to make it into E OR S account attesting his signature. After completing this formality the bank at its discretion may convert into joint account payable to E OR S thereby the liability lies with both of you jointly or severally.
