Hai friend,
what do you mean by 'not constant, i have been using win 7 since the last
march and found no problem. With Jaws 13 and kurzweil 11. But we surely need

Here I should say one thing. Win seven's performance will not be constant
like XP.

2011-10-28 Thread Shona Man
Friends what is the thing with most of the new laptops that they are
only providing with 64 bit windows 7, even if we try to upgrade to win
7 then the bar of softwares are before us. As some person wrote mail
seeking compatible software for win 64 bit, these are practical
barriers beyond which we can't move.

I think it need not be sent to personal mail box since it is informative to
more people including myself. I think list members agree with me that we
were in the era of Win XP for last several years. but now the buzz word is
Win7 and some technological changes have made it inevitable for slow
learners like me to switch over to Win 7. So, I hope it can usefully
discussed in the list within the framework of list guidelines.

2011-10-28 Thread Phen Varghese
Dear Friend,

If you are telling about JAWS and Kurzweil there is no difference.
If you are telling between windows xp and windows 7 there is some
difference like the start menu and the open dialog box while attaching
a file or folder.
JAWS and Kurzweil accessability is the same in windows xp and windows 7.

Regards,

Phen Varghese

Windows 7 is far more stable than windows vista and you can make your
PC work almost like windows XP. There could be some driver issues on
the 64 bit OS, but 32 bit works fine without much issues.
