Dear Sucharu, I am working as coordinator of accessibility research group at Savitribai Phule Pune university, Pune. I also do consultancy in the area of web accessibility and access technologies. Currently there are several openings in market for web accessibility consultant in Different MNCs. But these openings are for experienced professionals. You need to lurn more on WCAG, ARIA, GIGW and section 508 like standards and guidelines. They want practical knoledge of web accessibility implementation in at least 1 or 2 large projects.
