for your third question,
any version of windows cannot be installed independently by VI. you need a
sighted assistance. because it is very difficult to predict exact sequence
of prompts and their timing to do it in memory method. needless to say,
there will be no screen reader.
for your 1st question,
what kind of recovery tools you are searching for? for recovering what?
for your 2nd question,
you need not to format to delete a hard disk partition or logical drive. you
can do it in the disk management under computer management.
warning!!
if you delete a drive, all the files and folders on that drive will be lost!
some times it may also occur that along with your E drive, other drives are
also deleted! the same thing happened to me few days ago. luckily, I was
able to get it back through some special tools. so, please take all
precautionary steps before going for that.
