Indeed freecharge.in is quite accessible but their customer support service is
very horrible! Whenever you'll have any problem, they will answer your first
question but if you cross question them, either they will never answer it, or
will give some really idiotic response.

paytm is also accessable on firefox on 25th November I added Rs.5000
through firefox to my paytm account with PNB debit card I did not face
any problem I am using NVDA screen reader since from past three days I
am buying milk through mother dairy by using paytm on my mobile,
initially while transferring money by state bank net banking I could
not but when i used PNB debit card it was easy & fine.

Hi Shreedhar,

You must be running Android 6.0, because this feature isn't there in
the older versions. I have allowed it to access my contacts as I
frequently have to send money.

Ajay,

I did not quite get "read OTP" I assume that you are talking about
automatically detecting OTP sent via SMS, then it depends on the
appropriate permission to the app. In my specific case, I have not
allowed the Paytm app for reading SMS/Call details and Photos./media
on my device.

Hi Tilak,

Even I have used netbanking and don't face this issue. There was some
issue with read OTP screen but if you tap to the butten before the
textbox containing the edit box it'll take to your regular payment
gateway which is accessible. The problem can be device specific in
your case.

Re: [AI] Fwd: Request for Adopting Accessibility in Paytm App

2016-11-27 Thread Shreedhar TS.
Hi Tilak,

I am a regular Uber user and use paytm for almost all the bills and
recharges. I never faced the issue which you are describing with
regards to adding money with net banking. In my experience, the Paytm
app for android is completely accessible.
Perhaps you can try updating Paytm app as well as Android web view. It
is very essential to have Android web view updated since the apps like
paytm are heavily dependent on web view.
