Hi,
Use Google Drive from browser via https://drive.google.com
Assuming you use JAWS follow the below steps
1. Login to Google Drive via your gmail id
2.Turn of Virtual pc cursor using Insert+Z
3. Press letter G and then letter N. It will toggle tree view mode in drive
4. All the items present in google drive will show in My Drive
Press right arrow on my drive and using up or down arrow move to the
desired sub-folder
5. On the required sub-folder press letter A. It will open context
menu which will contain all the required options.

sunil, that is the next step i need to take, an intend to do so soon.
however, doesn't that start up on booting the laptop? if yes, that
will slow my already slowing laptop. if not the case, i can definitely
give it a go.

Hi Payal,
Firstly you will click on the Create new button. Then you will click on the 
folder button to create a new folder.
Now, you can choose each photo and video individually and click on the Actions 
menu next to each of them and then click on Move and choose the newly created 
folder to move them there.
Once done, you will click on the Actions menu next to the newly created folder 
and then click on details and activity.  And then click on manage access 
button. Here you will turn on link sharing and change permission from 
restricted to anyone with this link can view. Then you click on share, add a 
recipient and then click on Send. Hope this helps.

I don't use Google Drive very often to send things out, usually only
download from links sent.
