Re: [AI] ICICI/HDFC who's internet banking is more accessible?
I have been a credit card only user of both ICICI and HDFC. The ICICI web interface, that I have used earlier, and then haven't been using for a while, was functional, not totally accessible, but for someone who has been a screen reader user for some time, should be able to work around. The iMobile app was much better, but with the last couple of updates, the Android app has become far more problematic. HDFC on the other hand, doesn't give access to the HDFC mobile app for CC only users, they have a web based app for the same and that is accessible but the functionalities are limited. The web portel used to be totally accessible, but after the redesign a couple of months ago, things have become difficult. Still usable, but not as good as it used to be in terms of accessibility. Axis Bank has some of the best financial products in recent times, but both their website, and the Android mobile app don't even have the A of accessibility, complete and utter disasters. RE: [AI] ICICI/HDFC who's internet banking is more accessible?
I use ICICI net banking. Common tasks like bill payments, account statements, fund transfer, viewing credit card statements etc are accessible with some jargons. For instance, on the login page, it is hard to select the desirable page which we wish to go right after pressing buttons. -Original Message- From: accessindia@accessindia.org.in On Behalf Of Minar Singh Sent: 31 October 2022 02:45 PM To: amarj...@amarjain.com Cc: accessindia@accessindia.org.in Subject: Re: [AI] ICICI/HDFC who's internet banking is more accessible? Cannot say about HDFC Bank but ICICI can be accessible with tips and tricks. For a normal keyboard user, who does not know much, this bank is not accessible. -Original Message- From: accessindia@accessindia.org.in On Behalf Of Minar Singh Sent: 31 October 2022 12:18 PM To: accessindia@accessindia.org.in Subject: [AI] ICICI/HDFC who's internet banking is more accessible? Re: [AI] ICICI/HDFC who's internet banking is more accessible?
Hi Minar I can say that HDFC net banking is accessible although there are some issues finding different options if you are a first time user. I find the options a bit confusing otherwise it is fine with accessibility. I am paying my all bills by logging to my HDFC net banking page. Hope it helps.
