Re: [AI] ICICI Bank mobile app

2021-03-26 Thread Mahesh S. Panicker
Hi.
I am using IMobile, but only for credit card services as I am a Credit
Card Only user of ICICI. The Android app is surely usable, if you have
been using Android for a while, should be able to find ways to make
things work. There are buttons and controls that are not labeled and
some pages are not clearly spoken, but it does work, more or less.
I haven't tried UPI Payment or other features on the app.

Hi All,

Checking again on accessibility of new version with a new name 'iMobilePay'.

I think they have gone behind in time, atleast for android where none of

opens up for me.

Are other Talkback users experiencing the same issue? How about iOS version?

Hi George,

Yes, the iMobile app is poor with Talkback as well. As soon as I navigate
to the passbook section with the screen reader it becomes unresponsive and
crashes after a minute. Fund Transfer is not much accessible either.

Thanks,
Vaibhav

[AI] ICICI Bank mobile app

2020-09-28 Thread George Abraham
Hi,

I have had problems with the ICICI bank mobile app since November 2019. I
have been taking the issue up with them. Initially they had said that the
problem would be resolved when they made their next upgrade. Now the next
upgrade has happened but no change as far as access is concerned.

Want to know if there are anyone else in the group who bank with ICICI. If
yes, what has been the experience with the mobile app on the iPhone.

You could connect with me offline on george.abrah...@gmail.com or call me on
9810934040.

Thanks,

George
