How can one run a demo of the KNFB reader in a mobile? I think the procedure was posted here a few days ago. Would be grateful, if it could be reiterated. Can it be downloaded from anywhere? Re: [AI] KNFB Mobile Reader
Hello Mr. Ramkrishna, The software is still not released, but when I checked with Mr. Ram Agrawal, he says that they will be selling it when it is available. You would need other softwares such as mobile speak to use other functions of the phone, but for KNFB reader itself, no other software is required, it has it's own synthesiser. The n95 wont work since it does not have the zenon flash. Also, camera recognition is still in it's infancy. You need to do all kinds of things to avoid glare etc. Also, scanning facing pages is very difficult with such a setup. -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Dinesh Kaushal Sent: Tuesday, January 29, 2008 1:03 PM To: accessindia@accessindia.org.in Subject: [AI] KNFB Mobile Reader Hi all, I really got excited to know about it, KNFB has developed software which can be installed on N82 as it has 5 mega pixel camera.
