No they are not. But it contains all the news released by the publication on that say till that time. In a way it will have updated information till 10 a m of that day. There are a few days when the newspapers dont give their RSS fedd properly or there are some technical glitch then you might face some difficulties. Seven newspapers should make you information rich.
