Re: [AI] Now Use Quick Call Toll Free for your Events

2014-08-19 Thread Urvashi Mittal
Dear Raju,
Thanks for the appreciation about Quick Call and sharing your feedback.
I would like to clarify that the scope of information shared by Quick Call
is very large and dynamic, ranging from daily news to price comparison;
Recharging mobile to online shopping; cab booking to exam results.
Having this huge information in automated IVR would make the options
complex, confusing, tiring and frustrating.
Moreover, people who are old and illiterate and in a hurry are not
comfortable operating long IVRs.

Therefore, we have agents who pick your calls in less than 30 seconds and
answer your queries.
We are working every day to improve the response time of our agents in
answering your questions.

We look forward to answering more such feedback and queries.

Actually I am quite impressed by the service of quick call, as we can have
quick access to most of the work like online shopping, books tickets, etc,
but what I also wanted to add here that it will be some what uncomfortable
to me that to avail such facilities, we have to talk to the customer care
every time. I just wandering is it not possible as other seluler services
like airtel, reliance, etc that we follow the computer automated voice or
IVR to access most of the facilities found in this quick call?
