Hi
I really don't know the exact nature of your problem. However, I have observed
in some other blue-tooth device close of what you have stated.
Quite often we power devices with any charger compatible. As a result we charge
with a charger with much more power than what it ideally should be.Secondly, we
charge for longer duration than recommended. The toll actually falls on the
battery.
We end up ruining the battery and as a result our device fails to work. This is
also holds good to laptop in someways.
Coming to your issue specifically, I have found with smaller chargers and using
different cable you may find some combination which actually charges the
device. If none of them work, you can try different chargers in a shop and even
that fails, you will have to take it to a technician who will replace the
battery. Even the non replacement devices's battery can be changed. You may end
up with some dents.
Harish.

Subject: [AI] Orbit reader 20 not working
Hi, there,
I am unable to charge the device. Whenever I put it on charging, two dots on
the bottom right of the display begin flashing, but the device does not
actually charge. Any thoughts?
Best,
