Re: [AI] Perspectives on Employment As a Overseas Citizenship Card Holder in India For PWD

2024-03-26 Thread KONGALETI SATYANARAYANA
Hi Sagar,

As you said, non-citizens of India cannot hold a government job.
but, I cannot agree with you on the point that you raised on
employment opportunities in Private sector.
Yes, it might be tough from your perspective.
But, if a person can try reaching out to the people with disabilities
working in corporate companies and contacting the organisations working for
the employment for persons with disabilities, definitely the person can get
a good opportunity. In fact, better opportunities than government jobs in
terms of salary and so on,provided that the person grows well .
But, one thing is that a person should have the right skills and
attitude along with determination and patience.
a strong network in corporate will surely get an opportunity!
In fact, in my opinion , a private job is easily gettable in comparison to
the government considering the scribe dependency at the time of examination
given that almost all government jobs require 1 or 2 exams to be passed.

Thanks,
Satya

[AI] Perspectives on Employment As a Overseas Citizenship Card Holder in India For PWD

2024-03-26 Thread sagar Verma
As per the subject, as you know, most people with disabilities are working
in government sectors. I want to know, first, how many overseas citizenship
card holders, BWD, are residing in India. The main query is, as the
overseas citizenship card has indefinite living rights in India,
essentially like APR green card. Now, what about employment perspectives?
I'm suspecting private sector is a bit difficult when compared with the
government, given the overseas citizenship card holders cannot hold
government postings. Any experiences in terms of employment would be
appreciated.
