Hello,
It  is definitely possible to work as a software engineer being a blind
person. I know many people who are working in that field, and am going to
be one myself, and chartered accountancy, as far as I know, is fully
accessible as well(although I'd prefer if someone more qualified can answer
in regards to it, as I am not from a commerce background)

Thank you so much for your revert I think my email is not very clear they both 
have been trained on all the assistive technologies it is just they are working 
in a call centre as telly caller I want guidance on how they can pursue the 
careers that they had before losing their eyesight that is chartered accountant 
and programming is it possible for blind people to pursue these two careers? I 
am not so sure that’s why I am asking all the enlightened people in this group 
to help me support them thanks in advance for all the support that you are 
giving and I will get in future

They should get training on how to use screen-reading softwares like JAWS
and NvdA. After that's done, learning to use IDEs and setting up compilers
to work with command line and/or those said IDEs(like VS Code) would not
take too long.

Thanks for the revert they are already rehabilitated all that is done it is not 
just a new development rehabilitation et cetera has been done but I am 
expecting help in regards to Cantee pursue their programming and chartered 
accountancy career after using eyesight is what I am asking and also request to

Since the twin brothers are based out of Delhi, they should visit NAB
Delhi. Thats perhaps the best place in Delhi to get a wholesome
support and guidance.
