•a Grievance Redressed mechanism for redressing the matters related
to the employment of persons with disabilities is available

In past also bank had taken numerous empowering strides for persons
with disabilities. Such as;
•   Special training program on JAWS for Visually Impaired Staff Members
•   Special training program for Hearing Impaired Staff Members
•   Released a Manual on accessing bank packages with JAWS
•   All training centers are equipped with JAWS software for giving a
level playing field to Visually Impaired staff members in regular
training Programs.

We are optimistic that this policy will be implemented in true spirit
and will be instrumental in removing the bottle necks in area of
accessibility and will provide an equal opportunity to PWD to
contribute at their work place.
