Re: [AI] What are scribe guidelines for IBPS clerical exam?

2013-11-28 Thread Mr. Banker
It is mentiond on the scribe form:
http://ibps.in/career_pdf/CWE_Clerks_III_Scribe_Declaration_Form.pdf

GUIDELINES REGARDING PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES
Those candidates who are blind / low vision or affected by cerebral
palsy with loco-motor impairment and
whose writing speed is affected can use own scribe at own cost during
the written examination. In all such cases
where a scribe is used, the following rules will apply:
* Please ensure you are eligible to use a scribe as per the Government
of India rules governing the
recruitment of Persons with Disabilities.
* The candidate will have to arrange his own scribe at his own cost
* The scribe can be from any academic discipline.
* Both, the candidate as well as the scribe will have to give a
suitable undertaking, in the prescribed
format with passport size photograph of the scribe, confirming that
the scribe fulfils all the stipulated
eligibility criteria for a scribe as mentioned above. Further, in case
it later transpires that he did not
fulfill any of the laid-down eligibility criteria or suppressed
material facts, the candidature of the
applicant will stand cancelled, irrespective of the result of the examination.
* Such candidate who uses a scribe shall be eligible for compensatory
time of 20 minutes for every
hour of the examination.
* Visually Impaired candidates under Blind/Low Vision may skip the
non-verbal questions, if any,
in Test of Reasoning and questions on Table/Graph, if any in Test of
Numerical Ability. The
candidates will be awarded marks for such Section based on the overall
average obtained in
other Sections of the respective test.
Please fill up the DECLARATION and submit alongwith the call-letter.

Re: [AI] What are scribe guidelines for IBPS clerical exam?

2013-11-28 Thread Rahul Bhatia
remember that IBPS has made a new change in scribe declaration form,
that is that scribe you are going to use he/she must not be a
candidate for the same examination, and the scribe has not given the
same exam as a scribe before, means a scribe can be used at once only
in a particular examination of IBPS..

Re: [AI] What are scribe guidelines for IBPS clerical exam?

2013-11-28 Thread Mohib Anwar Rafel
what does it mean, that he must not tbhe the candidate for the same
examination? If he is the candidate for the same examination, he will
give his own exam, why would he be scribe for anybody else escaping
his own exam? or does it mean that he must not have appeared for the
same examination erlier?

Re: [AI] What are scribe guidelines for IBPS clerical exam?

2013-11-28 Thread Rahul Bhatia
yes the scribe that you are going to use he/she must not applied him /
her self as a candidate, and next one he/she has not given the
clerical3 exam as a scribe means a scribe can give only a single exam
for a single candidate... it is cleared written on the scribe
declaration form.
In view of the fact that multiple appearance / attendance in the
examination are not permitted, the candidate undertakes that he/she
has not appeared /
attended the examination (CWE-Clerks-III) more than once and that the
scribe arranged by him/her is not a candidate for the examination
(CWE-Clerks-III).
If violation of the above is detected at any stage of the process,
candidature for CWE of both the candidate and the scribe will be
cancelled

Re: [AI] What are scribe guidelines for IBPS clerical exam?

2013-11-29 Thread Mohib Anwar Rafel
Hi friends still I am unable to understand clearly the point No. 4 of
the scribe declaration form, which says: "4. In view of the fact that
multiple appearance / attendance in the examination are not permitted,
the
candidate undertakes that he/she has not appeared / attended the
examination (CWE-Clerks-III) more
than once and that the scribe arranged by him/her is not a candidate
for the examination (CWE-Clerks-
III). If violation of the above is detected at any stage of the
process, candidature for CWE of both the
candidate and the scribe will be cancelled."
Here I want to ask:
1. What is this (CWE-Clerks-III)? Is this the name of this time
examination only or is it the name of clerical examination of each
time?
2. How many times a candidate may appear for this examination? only once?
3. Whether scribe must not be applied for this time examination or at
any time when this clerical exam has been conducted?

Re: [AI] What are scribe guidelines for IBPS clerical exam?

2013-11-30 Thread Rahul Bhatia
IBPS is conducting clerical examination third time therefore it is
called clerical 3,there is no information about the attempt of the
examination but i believ in future IBPS will fix it, the scribe that
is being used by a candidate he/she must not be a candidate him / her
self, and the scribe can give 1 examination as a scribe, because this
time IBPS make a rule against multiple appearance in the examination..
