Dear Friends, Some the last few days, BBC Hindi is not playing live in my computer. Is it my individual problem or is it the problem which is faced by all? When I press Enter on the shortcut of BBC Hindi, the Window media player announces: Close button. When I try to play it on Tapin Radio, first it says: Playing. But after a few seconds, it says: Play. I have updated the station list and has tried hard to restore it, but to no avail. Please help. It is one of the most favourite redio stations for the blind. I somehow feel handicapped. Long time back I noticed that BBC South Asian streaming stopped broadcasting regional language shows. Dear Sir, Once I heard that the BBC is focusing more on providing its programmes online - a reason behind this move could be the poor audibility in some regions. When I was in Delhi, I was not able to listen properly to their programmes but in Meerut the quality improved remarkably. Rude it may sound, but those who rely on the radio to listen to the BBC ought to keep pace with the current technology. Perhaps its Hindi website draws a large audience - so why not promote it further and stop a needless activity? Some poor people are addicted to the BBC news. Hello, Although Prashant's effort is commendable, I've uploaded the file again which has got a direct URL to play any live BBC Hindi service apart from the links given previously. I did the same so that one doesn't even have to select the media player, and by default it will play the live service in Real Player, and all other links however, will continue to play in BBC iPlayer. You can save the file once it opens from the original location for later reference.
