 no need to buy any voice recorder device.  but if u want to buy voice
 recorder device  than  u can go with  enjle  voice recorder .  it has
 preloaded  screen reader.  but its recording is very  very very bad.
 And its cost is around 5800.  i have also been  wasted rs 5800  thanks

If you have a notebook, just spend 150 bux and buy a computer mic.
Record in audacity which an open source software.
You can even save your recordings in .mp3 format.

i am using a Sony voice recorder . it doesn't have screen reader but
it does have beep facility which is friendly enough for recording
purpose. its recording quality is pretty good and it costs around rs
6000. it has 2 gb storage facility and has a battery back up of around
5-6 hours.
