Hi Yogesh,

Practical advice would be too approach the Department's HR and
Ministry first. CCPD as of now a body good for nothing because there
is no Chief Commissioner to look after the orders which are pending to
be passed. I know I am harsh from activists point of view, but this is
the reality accept it or not that I leave it to others.

If that also fails, then first go to DOPT. And lastly PMO. The channel
is long but at least you will get a solution. With CCPD either you
will get solution in first letter or it could end up being a long
battle.

thank you amar sir.
I'll start my battle.
when I was appointed I approach our post master first then I wrote a
letter to chief postmaster general tamilnadu circle through proper
channel.
our devisional office, region office, circle office none of them are
not ready to help me.
even not ready to understand my problem.
past six months they didn't gave me any work even telephone opperating.
one more thing in our office there is no need for telephone opperater
cause in our office have only 2 connections.
so I felt very shame with out work.
and some time I herd some peoples irritating comments about my situation.
at that time I don't have any other option except silent.
so legal experts in this list give your comments also.
waiting for your responds.

hai friends
this is yogesh from tamilnadu.
I clear postal assistant and sotting assistant examination 2014 and
placed in department of post SBCO section 6 months ago.
everyday I went my office.
but till now they didn't give me a suitable job.
so plan to aproach CCPD regarding my issue.
before that I need a sample  letter  format.
if anybody aproach CCPD like my issue send that letter personally.
so I can prepare a good letter.
friends Iam expect your quick  responds.
