Re: [AI] IRCTC Accessibility

2020-02-14 Thread Dr Aruni Sharma
Hello, You can directly enter the date in the edit box located next to the
destination edit box. You must use hyphen symbol instead of slash for this
purpose. The IRCTC app has many issues as of now. Personally I like using
NVDA or Narrator screen readers for booking tickets on the website.

Thanks and regards,

2020-02-11 Thread Vaishnavi Jayakumar
Hi Vinod, Vikas, Vivek,

Have interfaced with IRCTC and Paytm in the past and can try to resolve the
issue you are facing if you state the problem clearly in the following form.

As I am not a regular screenreader user (also I only have access to NVDA /
Narrator / Chromevox) it is difficult for me to communicate to tech people
unless I understand the problem clearly myself.

Feedback form for web accessibility issues is :

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeUKwSDXo9cmOIQ5fyCd1HJBZiCfDYUsPQHnxxKBhdZeZv7CA/viewform

(Or bitly want2report-form)

Regards,

Vaishnavi

Re: [AI] IRCTC Accessibility

2020-02-10 Thread vivek doddamani
Yes, IRCTC app is becoming more and more inaccessable after its latest
update, you can write mail to c...@irctc.co.in but here also the
response is very poor and delay, paytm is a has also become
inaccessable, one thing here you can do is go to (open navigation) at
the left top cornor inside paytm app then you can select whatever
option you need.

no it won't work, because each time before downloading you have to check the
lisence agreement radio button.
I don't claim that now it has become fully accessible but, some improvement
is there like user name and password field is now accessible.

Re: [AI] IRCTC ACCESSIBILITY

2019-01-03 Thread bhawani shankar verma
I don't use any app for IRCTC. however, whenever I tried it irctc app could
not success. It is very difficult for me to find a desired train in it and
also on the age field it always prompt me to type age between 5 to 125 even
I type my correct age. hence, I don't use apps.
