Re: [AI] IRCTC App becomes accessible on Android!

2018-10-29 Thread Ravi N. Hiremath
Hi, let us hope they make their website also accessible, which will be
easy to access through Desktop or laptop all the time.
I'm not saying, it cannot be opened from our smartphones also,
however, it might consume a bit more time, navigating their website
through the smartphone.
Let the accessible website become useful through laptop or desktop.
Further, let the android app be accessible through our smartphones,
where there are edit boxes which are directly easily available and
takes less time to fill all our information, choose destinations and
trains then book the ticket.
I know the app has been made accessible, in the same way, hope they
will make their website accessible.
If they have already done it, I'm not aware of it.

the app is not fully accessible yet.
1) the app is very sluggish,
2) some time it doesnt opens the selected train result properly and
never tells correctly the selected object such as general, tatkal etc.
3) the OTP validation is not roled out yet so we need to take sited
help to fill the captcha.

Subject: Re: [AI] IRCTC App becomes accessible on Android!

i had accessed the androyd apk, its accessible 95 percent post
checking the box which says OTP while loging in.
so the captcha is not there and oi can easily go to payment page
through paytm and then selecting internet and then my preffered bank.
its working well.
thanks for thos who supported this.
hope they should not change any thing from now on.

Re: [AI] IRCTC App becomes accessible on Android!

2018-10-28 Thread Ravi N. Hiremath
Hie, I asked about the same query that I was having, regarding, where,
or at which stage of the ticket booking through the app, we have to
enter the Concession card details or it's number, where the edit box
or field is provided for entering, still I haven't got any answer for
that thread a weak ago, it would be really helpful if any one
clarrified about this fact.
This might seem a bit too much out of the normal, asking such details,
but to be clear on every fact might be a good idea in every step in
booking a ticket, as wondering about such important things at that
crucial moment might take a lot of valuable time.

Re: [AI] IRCTC App becomes accessible on Android!

2018-10-28 Thread sampath raj rao
Hi Sir it was the first time I book ticket through IRCTC and didn't
know if I could use that option of dhivyang as I am to travel with my
family members fearing if the tickets would be seated in the disabled
compartment.
And ofcourse could anyone say if concessional tickets be booked
through this app? if so where should I provide my concession card
details in the app? If I book ticket for more than 3 persons how canI
choose my escort and will we be placed together?
I apologise for my lengthy mail and queries...

Re: [AI] IRCTC App becomes accessible on Android!

2018-10-27 Thread sampath raj rao
Hi Friends, I have already made a post over android app of IRCTC, I
booked a ticket for tirupati in the month of September through IRCTC
app it was fully accessible but the only hurdle was capturing the
image during confirmation... Some remedy to this image capture would
serve...

Re: [AI] IRCTC App becomes accessible on Android!

2018-10-26 Thread Zoher Kheriwala
Still there is no solution for IOS user because there is no official
app available and whatever 3rd party apps are available, they are not
accessible atall.
Now new problem has dashed in with windows also. As my firefoxvirsion
updated automatically to 63.0, NVDA is not reading the username and
password and other edit fields such as audio captcha and others.
