Sorry Dear! It's CTRL+SHIFT+S that opens the Move to Worksheet dialog
 box.
If you wanna switch to another sheet then select the desired sheet from
 the
list and press ENTER. You can also make use of CTRL+ALT+PageUp or
CTRL+ALT+PageDown to switch between sheets chronologically.

 Best Regards,
 Zujar.

 02. Suppose I give a formula in a cell, how to copy the same formula to

 getting
 a

Dear Jayachandran,

Excel fascinates me and Zujar is an expert on it. Have learnt many
things from him.

Answer for query 3:
You type any date in any format you want and then to get following
dates in the following cells just press Control+C at the original date
and then by pressing shift+down arrow select range of cells where you
want subsequent dates to come up and then just press control+v. Job
done.

Please note, even for your query no. 2, you can use shift+down or any
arrow keys to select and paste the formula. Basically, by pasting any
automated formula or format, your selected cells acquire the sequence
of the copied formula or format. So, instead of cursor drag use copy
and select and paste...

Good luck

2015-02-24 Thread Jayachandran1977

Dear Zujar,

Thanks for your mail.

Query no. 2 was solved. I got the desired result. Thanks again.

Query No. : 1 i.e., getting the list of sheets. I am not getting by
pressing ctrl+alt+s. Pls throw some light on this. Iam using office 2007
with JAWS 14.

I have one more query. Let it be query no. 3.
3. In a worksheet I want to type Jan 2015, Feb 2015, March 2015 to Dec 2015
in A1 to A12, how to achieve this easily. In this issue also sighted will
use mouse dragging. I too used this technic when I was having good sight.

Pls reply.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jayachandran,

1. Get list of worksheets in current workbook - CTRL+ALT+S

2. For copying formula:
2.1. Place cursor in source cell (cell containing formula)
2.2. Press CTRL+C to copy
2.3. Press CTRL+G to open GoTo dialog box
2.4. Specify target cell range (cells where formula needs be copied)
and hit ENTER
2.5. Press CTRL+V to paste the copied content

Believe that's clear! Feel free to revert in case of
queries/concerns/suggestions.

Best Regards,
Zujar.

Hello,

01. What is the command to get sheets list in a workbook?

02. Suppose I give a formula in a cell, how to copy the same formula to
the
successive cells. The sighted person will perform this action by getting
a

plus symbol at the right end of the cell and drag the mouse to the
successive cells. How we can perform this action using keyboard.

Apologise me if my questions seems to be silly.

Hello,

Use Alt,H,O,R command and an edit box will appear.
Type the name of the sheet in the edit box you want to rename as and
press Enter and then Save file.

Trust above helps.

Re: [AI] MS Excel doubts

2015-02-24 Thread Ekinath Khedekar

Good luck

If you wanna switch to another sheet then select the desired sheet from
the

list and press ENTER. You can also make use of CTRL+ALT+PageUp or
CTRL+ALT+PageDown to switch between sheets chronologically.
